   We brought our family in for dinner, they were in from Tennessee. We have been there many times and love it, they really enjoyed it. Thank you. Our server was very nice and attentive.

   Our server, Casey, made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there and had much better places to be. She didn’t smile once or make eye contact. She brought us waters then took our drink order and apps. The apps came out before our cocktails. My mojito tasted like they forgot the rum and they brought my boyfriend an old fashion instead of a KY mule. The manager came over with the drink to double check what it was supposed to be, then left the table with the drink. The manager walked back by the table twice empty handed and did not say a word. My boyfriend went to check the wait at the other restaurants nearby and the manager passed by again empty handed, I commented that my boyfriend still hadn’t received his drink and he said he would check on it. We were 40mins seated and the server came over, first we had seen her since he sent the drink back, to take our dinner order. Still no drink in her hand or apology or if apps were decent. My boyfriend was obviously back at the table now and I could see the rage/hunger/thirst in his eyes and asked for the check, even though all other restaurants were full with full bars. She handed me the card reader, with the tip options provided being 18% 22% or 25%, as she lurched over my shoulder, I felt forced to choose one and had to tip her 18%. I was going to tip 15%, as I never tip less than 15% even the most horrendous of experiences. We got up from the table, as I am gathering my bag and getting situated to head to the car the bartender, or food runner/new person we hadn’t experienced yet, was walking toward us with a mule cup on a tray. By this point all we could do was laugh and apologize for not being thirsty anymore. We both come from culinary backgrounds and grew up in restaurants. We always give extra leeway knowing the inner workings but this was beyond unacceptable professionally, not just on the server’s part but the manager as well. Due to this experience, we will never be dining there again.

   This was our first visit to Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine but it won’t be our last. Great service by Nick and great food.

   I found the hostess staff to be rude during our visit. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we were initially seated in the bar area. When I asked to be moved away from the bar—due to the loud noise and commotion from a game—I was told the open tables were reserved. It took two requests to speak with a manager before they finally agreed to relocate us. Additionally, this was our third time dining at this location, and the quality and taste of the food have noticeably declined. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning for a fourth visit.

   This place is always amazing. The food never disappoints and the service continues to be stellar. I love the atmosphere and the chance to sample Turkish delights: beers, wine, and food. You’ll love this place.

   My mom had the lamb shank and she loved it. My shrimp casserole was delicious. We will definitely go back. The only disappointment was that the diet soda wasn’t available, my husband is diabetic .

    It’s an experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and warm hospitality. We have been regulars for quite some time and Bosphorous never fails to impress us.
