Le Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine est une entreprise familiale, créée en 2005, proposant une variété de plats turques authentiques inspirés de nombreuses régions de la Turquie. Le Bosphorous tire son nom de l'une des plus anciennes villes du monde, Istanbul, autrefois connu sous le nom de Constantinople, au début du XIIIe siècle. Le nom "Bosphorous" vient du détroit se trouvant dans le centre de la ville, reliant la mer Noire et la mer de Marmara, de l'Europe à l'Asie. A very nice evening. Excellent food and service. Noise level was much louder than we like, but we still enjoyed our meals.

This has become our favorite restaurant and this visit didn't change that. We were greeted by the hostess with a friendly "Happy Anniversary" and shown to our table. Our waiter (wish I could remember his name) was fantastic. We asked questions and he kindly gave us his informed opinion. I had the lamb patties and my Wife had sauteed shrimp, which were both delicious as usual. The baklava was also fantastic. Another great experience at Bosphorous!

I had friends visiting from out of town. You always hope that guests enjoy a restaurant as much as you do. We all enjoyed our lunch and beverages, and service was outstanding. Our server was Aleksander (not sure if I spelled it correctly, as one of my friends picked up the check, so I didn't see his name in writing). He provided great suggestions and warm, efficient service.
