Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

Your manager was very rude and not accommodating with our party. The shame was the food was amazing, but the service has made us decide to never come here again and I wish you luck staying in business with this sort of experience.

It was our first experience and we had a wonderful time. We had brunch on the patio, and even though it was raining, the patio was covered and blocked out the rain. My wife and I had a few cocktails which were very good. She had the donut burger and I had the fruity pebbles French toast. Everything tasted amazing and there were more items that we can't wait to try next time. Gabby was a wonderful and attentive server with a great personality. The music level was moderate. It was a good vibey environment and we look forward to returning.

Got the short rib chilaquiles…. Really good- but honestly a sprinkling of cotija cheese would’ve put this over the top. Beignets good- lemon curd that came with it was fantastic…

The food here is amazing and the service even better. We had at least 3 service professionals making sure our experience was great, and the main server was excellent. The say “absolutely ! “ or “of course” with every request, and were very knowledgeable about the menu. We did the ahi tuna appetizers and the burrata with bacon jam. Both were great ! Hubbie got the Bosscat Burger and I got the whitefish with mushroom risotto. Both were wonderful and the risotto was so rich and buttery I had to take half home. Fries with the burger were just right, crispy and seasoned on the outside and yummy soft on the inside. Overall, excellent job Bosscat. Wish we had one in Austin !

First time trying Bosscat. We enjoyed the cocktails and food very much. Service was on point. Overall a great experience.

Food and setting was really nice. It was extremely loud. All of Market Street was extremely busy so maybe that affected the noise levels

Awesome experience, love the vibe! Food was good and the drinks were awesome! $30 for a (strong) mimosa carafe was a great deal! It was just loud and “fun” enough for us to enjoy and have a good time but still feel comfortable with our 1 year old. New go-to weekend spot! My husband appreciated all the TVs for sports watching.

Very upsetting experience. After visiting the Westheimer location I was excited to try this location. It was like day and night. The food and drinks were prepared as if I was at a low budget restaurant. Luke warm food, the drinks had to be sent back. The chef here definitely doesn't care at this location. I won't be back.
