I rarely take the time to write a review, but wanted to take a moment today to highlight the excellent service the manager of Boston's provided on the evening of Thanksgiving. Coming in from out of town for the Bills vs Cowboys football game, I made a reservations at Boston's through a 3rd party website for after the game. When we arrived, the place was packed and I was relieved to have a reservation until the hostess informed me that they were not accepting reservations that evening. I showed her my confirmation and asked for the manager. The hostess disappeared around the corner and returned shortly after to inform us that as it was their error (or at least the 3rd party's error) we would be seated immediately. However, as they did not have the available wait staff to handle an extra table, the manager would serve as our waitress. All I can say is she did an excellent job. She was clearly on the verge of being overwhelmed handling her normal duties given the crowd, but still managed to be attentive throughout the meal. Quick to take our orders, always their to refill drinks, and even taking the time to update us on a slight backlog in the kitchen (even before we noticed or were concerned). She did an A+ job from start to finish and Boston's will certainly have my business anytime I'm in town as a result of her efforts. Big thanks to her if she reads this. And as a side note, the Pizza was excellent as well.
