Excellent tapas restaurant. We had the garlic shrimp, papas braves, 3 small tapas size tender lamb chops, roasted Brussels sprouts. All yummy. Next time we'll try the paella. I'm sure it will be great.

This is my 5th time at this restaurant. Obviously I like it as I continue to come back. Excellent food and great service. Amazing tapas and paella...worth the 20 minute wait, so have a few tapas first. Everything I've tried is fantastic. Located across from the Curran Theatre, so convenient when seeing something at A.C.T.

Everything was good. When making the reservation, I included that it was my wife’s birthday. When the time came, there was no mentions of anything. What’s the point in telling you what the event is for if you do nothing with that information. Not a deal breaker, just an observation.

Botas is a great option before the theater, food is good, we had garlic shrimp, an iberico ham dish, Brussel sprouts, patatas brava and lamb chops. Red sangria is very good, we had the crema catalan and chocolate desserts. Prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, but our waiter took good care of us. I would recommend.

The raw oysters and the seafood paella were very good. Not sure about the noise level as there weren’t many tables occupied. It did take a longer time than usual to get seated considering there weren’t that many tables that needed to be served.

We have eaten at this restaurant a few years ago and loved the food. This time around the Brussels sprouts were nothing but deep fried and the squid ink paella was dry and not very tasty. The fried lobster appetizer was good.

The perfect place for pre-theater dinner, conveniently located across the street from the Curran Theater. Beautiful decor inside. Attentive and friendly service. We selected a variety of tapas / small plates to share: Heirloom Tomato Salad, Shishito Peppers, Iberico Meatballs, and the Grilled Octopus. We were served another dish that we did not order -- a pork dish called Secreto Iberico. It was so delicious we didn't care. We didn't order the Paella as that takes more time to prepare, but definitely on my list to return when I'm in the area.

Arrived early for a date. I was seated ahead of my reservation, given water and the menu immediately. My date was treated the same upon arrival. After some chatting, I was supported in the decision for Ox Tail by the waiter (which was really good). As guest started coming in, we were ensured we were comfortable and serviced well until the end. It’s been a while since receiving consistent service from top to bottom; plus it helped make a good impression for the date. Going back to try the Secreto next time
