   Thoroughly enjoyed the celeriac and mooli, they were delicious. However disappointed with the aubergine main and found the “crème brûlée” unpleasant. Service very friendly, however had to wait a very long time for main without any communication. For the price point was expecting more consistency with the food and waiting time.

   Wonderful night celebrating my husbands birthday with friends. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Ambience was spot on. Food was out of this world 👌🏻 Thanks for an amazing evening. We’ll be back!

   I was looking for a plant-based brunch so that I could have a catch up with my daughter. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional; warm, friendly and made excellent recommendations.

   Botanique is a vegan restaurant, and as i am not vegan, i do not consider myself 'qualified' to offer an opinion on the quality of the food. Instead, i will offer some observations, which may or may not be relevant to prospective visitors to this restaurant. The restaurant itself is very nice and the stuff were helpful and friendly. But the first thing that struck me, was the very limited menu. It literally only listed two options for the main course. Secondly, i thought that the price of drinks was very steep indeed. For example, a bottle of Prosecco was listed a £48 which to me seems excessive. Now for all i know, £48 may well be the going restaurant price for Prosecco in Brighton, as indeed might be such a limited menu in vegan restaurant's but it just seemed a little odd to me.

   Had a lovely evening. We were expecting a little more dressy atmosphere but you can turn up quite casual. The decor is beautiful. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They were accommodating of my allergy with the set menu. We had a great time and would go back

   Great hopes for this restaurant as it was a birthday celebration, however despite having good flavours in most of the food, it was salty and not sufficient to fill anyone. The portions were tiny and at least 3 of our group are athletes so very hungry when we left. The selection was 2 main dishes and extremely expensive. Very disappointing, I won't be back.

   Food was delicious and staff friendly. Unfortunately the menu had just changed and there was only a choice of 2 main dishes. Last time the menu was much more extensive.

    Quite a disappointing experience. We ordered the "Medley", which was just a simple plate of roasted vegetables, with very plain flavour and texture - quite similar to the average side someone would have on a home-cooked Sunday roast. The price of that dish was £ 18, which felt preposterous. The waiter asked us how it was and we politely shared the truth. Although she acknowledged it and thanked us for the feedback, she actually did nothing to improve our experience. A few minutes later she sent someone else with the bill, which included the full price of every item we ordered and a service charge. For the same price range it's possible to find much nicer vegan restaurants.
