Botrini's is one of Greece's most historic Michelin-starred restaurants. We invite you to a journey into the gastronomic universe of Ettore Botrini, Greece's most influential Chef and Nikos Billis.

Through tastes, textures and scents, the journey narrates the culinary origins of the Chefs, their experiences, the nostalgic yet contemporary way they approach Greek tradition, the stories of the places they grew up in: It has references to Corfu, a place of perpetual exchange of culinary influences, to islands where fishermen marinate swordfish in seawater, to ‘tsipouradika’, the simple taverns of Volos that a century ago the Asia Minor refugees brought to their new homeland.

We invite you enjoy the journey in two ways. As an exploration but also as an escape: without a geographical mark or plan. Surrender to your senses, to the smiles of your loved ones, to our hospitality, to the elements of the small gastronomic ritual that will take place at your table.

    Fui sola para celebrar mi cumpleaños, hicieron de mi noche un momento muy especial, la atención, la comida; son increíbles. Vale mucho la pena pedir el consejo del somelier para la elección de vinos. Todavía hoy estoy diafrutando casa plato.

    You should definitely go very hungry, don't think that it's a new generation and think that it comes in very small portions. You experience a very wide portfolio as it offers a very deep and rich palate flavour consisting of different combinations, it's great. They also give you a lot of information about where everything in all the dishes comes from and how it is used. It is a super experience that should definitely be tried in terms of the fact that it has been around for many years and still manages to maintain its quality so much.

    We wasted 2 hours coming from the city to this restaurant in the suburbs and found it closed. Even though we had a confirmed reservation, which got reconfirmed a day before. I guess it was closed due to the holidays. But these are known months earlier and I don’t get, why the portal didn’t got closed. Hopefully I don’t have to run after my money, which should be charged in a case of a no-show. Maybe I should ask for this 80€, because they did the no-show? This is such a joke and unprofessional behavior of a Michelin starred restaurant. It doesn’t deserve a star.

    Gourmet set menu, with amazingly imagined dishes and dining experience. Chef Botrini continues to personally welcome and chat at tables - as we have witnessed in the past from previous visits to other restaurants. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and she helped with selection of great South African Chardonnay from their huge wine list. Special thanks to serving crew who facilitated my hatred of truffle and removed it from specific dishes! :-) Highly recommended for high end dining night out with friends!

    Was a wonderful Valentine's Day experience for both myself and my wife. Was our first day in Athens (from the US) and the whole evening at Botrini's was amazing. Food was absolutely stunning - everything was explained clearly and the servers took the time to answer our questions. Such an amazing experience - highly recommended.

    Each plate was simply outstanding. The creative use of locally sourced ingredients that at times are neglected for fine dining, and the combination of flavors only left us to crave for more. Combined with excellent service, it resulted in a night to remember.

    A unique experience. We chose the Taxidi menu,a complete chef’s proposal. The dishes we tried took us on a journey to different Greek destinations and of course to Italy as it is one of the chef’s homelands. The staff was polite, they explained the dishes in such a magical way that just the description alone took you on a journey. We had the honor of meeting both chefs of the restaurant as they came out and greeted all the tables. We will definitely visit you again. Thank you for this journey.
