Welcome to Bottega Michelangelo, a casual Southern Italian neighborhood kitchen located in the suburban town of Oro Valley. Our menu highlights the cuisine of Southern Italy with a distinct "Italy to Table" flair. The restaurant features contemporary elements and popular Michelangelo artifacts creating the feel of a modern Italian kitchen.                                                                                             Food and ambiance were outstanding as always! Love this restaurant. But our waitress was awful. I never had her before and hope I never have her again. She was rude. One of the guests at my table complained about the chicken, and the waitress argued with her and did nothing about it. Then the waitress proceeded to ignore that guest the rest of the evening.

We should have sent it back, but we didn't want to disrupt the dinner experience for the other two people. Wouldn't order, or recommend, the lasagna again.

We have not been to Michelangelo’s in a while, but we and our guests will return frequently (and visit with Michelle).

                                                                                            We were a party of six (three couples) at 4pm on a Tuesday. Our server, Keith started our visit with a thorough and knowledgeable introduction. He continued to take care of us until these things occurred: 5 dinners were served with several minutes to wait for the 6th. The one salad ordered never came, nor was it mentioned. The check was presented as a single bill, had to request separate checks, we were given one pen to share. Food overall? I must have ordered the wrong choice, (linguini marina - bland and was just OK) most plates were empty by the end of our visit, although the two pasta meals were not. We took them home and had snacks after dinner. I remembered it being better when we visited for dinner two years ago.
