BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks. In addition to an extensive wine list and classic drinks, a beverage program that boasts an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature cocktails. Surrounded by walls of majestic wooden-framed mirrors and original Belle Époque posters, seating at our Union square location varies among pristine white marble and wood bistro tables, cozy burgundy leather booths, a 32ft. handmade pewter bar, and an option for a 40-guest private room, to make the 222-seat restaurant feel timeless.

At the outset Alex helped with revising my open table invite multiple times as I had travel challenges. The whole team was phenomenal hosting us. We will be back.

Service was inattentivez. 2 mushroom and cheese omelettes were served undercooked. Sent them back to cook them. Omelettes that were served the second time did not have cheese or mushrooms. When mentioned to the server, she replied, I’ll the tell the chef to “do better”. There was no offer to correct this. Big disappointment for a restaurant that I have often dined at.

Excellent service, extremely accommodating, really good onion soup, steak tartar needed more salt, lobster bisque a winner. 👍

Food was not good at all, especially for the exorbitant prices. Steak was tough. Table given to us was up against a wall. When we asked to move they said the restaurant was booked for the night for larger parties which it wasn’t. It was empty when we walked in. Service also not so great. Won’t be going back unfortunately!

Had a wonderful experience at La Boucherie! Diego offered incredible service and made sure my birthday was perfect. The food was amazing and the restaurant offered a wonderful cocktail and wine selection! Will definitely be returning!

Steaks were not cooked properly. There were 8 people in my party. None of the steaks were cooked to our choosing (medium rare to medium). Most were overcooked. Gaudi was a good server trying to sell us on more wines. Capped at 4 bottles. Probably wont come back for steaks.

Dommage que le serveur qui nous remplissait les verres d’eau en renversait à chaque fois sur la table ce qui fait qu’elle était toute mouillée

Dined here for brunch with friends and found both the food and service to be very good. The Salade Niçoise with Ahi tuna was delicious!

Service was a mess last night. Took 35 minutes for the restaurant to tell me they didn’t have the bottle of wine we ordered, then they finally took our order and tried to bring our entrees before the soup had even arrived.
