    MAX 12 guests: The wine vault is a semi private space near the main dining room that seats up to 12 guests. There is a minimum food and beverage spend of $2,200 regardless of the number of guests. There are ADDITIONAL fees of 8.63% tax, 6% SF Mandates and a 23% service charge. These fees are non-negotiable. The menu offered is the same as the dining room (a multi-selection prix fixe menu). Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $750. Corkage is $50 per bottle for the first two, then $75 per bottle after. Please note the room is actively used as a wine cellar during service. There is no additional space for a reception.

Price is $135 plus 6% SF mandate, sales tax of 8.625% and 22% service fee. (Total price for each guests is $184.44 per person for the two courses) Additional purchases will also incur the same fees and charges. Cancellation is $100 per person if cancelled within 48 hours. NO exceptions will be made to our cancelation policy. We cannot accommodate alium, dairy or vegan restrictions for this evening.

    We've enjoyed Boulevard a couple of times in the past; this most recent experience did not disappoint, though there was a bit of sticker shock ($650 for 3 people, tip included). And we did not order any special wine. But prices are high everywhere now--and the quality and presentation of the meal along with top-notch service made for a very special evening. I chose a starter of lobster bisque/bread pudding with quail egg and lobster hollandaise. The dish, beautifully presented, was unbelievable--far more lobster than I'd expected--creamy and delicious. Only issue--it was a bit cool, just over room temperature. Still, very good. The pork chop, recommended by our server as their "signature dish" was also excellent. I imagine it was sourced from Niman or a similar place that allows pigs more space to move around. As a result, the meat was not especially tender, but very moist--and perfectly complemented by the sauce, roasted yam and other vegetables. Presentation was lovely too. But the service! Attentive without being fussy; we were greeted by almost every staff person as we walked in (and they were busy). We never had to ask for anything and the server spent some time chatting with us about her passion for working there and her views on other restaurants. She said the owner is not focused on getting that Michelin star--but is filling a niche in between that level and more down-to-earth fine dining. Truly memorable evening!

    Our entire dining experience was beyond amazing. Desiree, our server was so knowledgeable, personable and professional. The starters were the most outstanding components of the meal, followed by the wine pairings with our main dishes. The mains were yummy also. We had the filet and pork chop, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was beautiful and noise-free. We sat in the lounge and enjoyed the ala cart menu.

    My favorite place to go for a special meal during Christmas! Boulevard is in a beautiful historic building very near the Ferry Building and seems to have spared no expense in decorating for the holidays. The place is awash in a cheerful warm glow, in the windows are beautifully placed wreaths, garlands, hanging glass snowflakes, pinecones, and decor including glittering Christmas water lanterns. The staff are attentive and friendly. We had a three course prix fixe meal that had tempting options. Our group of four enjoyed our meal, especially the scallop with oxtail and beetroot risotto appetizer as well as the rose apple tart and molten lava cake for dessert. The only picky criticism on my end is that I thought the Pearl Hen and Filet of Beef should have been a bit more heavily spiced (we’ve had the beef before when we came in the summer and it was more flavorful). However overall, I absolutely love and highly recommend Boulevard.

    Fabulous experience! Gorgeous during the holidays! It’s not our first time dining at Boulevard and won’t be our last. It is a bit pricey but a great experience if you want a lasting memory.

    It is very hard to be "short and simple," as directed, when reviewing Boulevard because dining there is such a fantastic experience. The ambience at the restaurant is stunningly beautiful at the Holiday season; this is a place that deserves you wearing your finest from your wardrobe. No other place decorates like Boulevard to put you in the holiday spirit. The food is unbelievably delicious: the finest and freshest ingredients; beautifully prepared and plated; amazing selections to choose from for your 3 courses; and any additional charge is well worth it for the added touch of elegance (we started with the Caviar and felt like we were dining with Nicholas and Alexandra). The bar offerings are perfect and the wine selections are wonderful with an outstanding sommelier to help you. Best of all is the fabulous service from the time you walk into the place until you retrieve the wrap you checked when you arrived: the hostess is charming and welcoming; our table serving coordinator was kind and helpful, attentive without being fussy, and she provided an excellent description of each dish as it was presented (our server was Gina who was simply amazing); the sommelier is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without any feeling of superiority that some sommeliers have at other restaurants; and the support staff was marvelous and charming (no waterglass was ever empty, an extra slice of bread was offered freely without having to ask for more, always checking to see if you are ready for a plate to be cleared instead of whisking it away assuming you are finished, and crumbing the table without making you feel like you made a big mess LOL). My family and I come here every December to start our Holiday Celebrating and highly recommend Boulevard! It is an expensive experience but well worth every penny. And remember: have fun, be nice, and enjoy because you made it to the "Nice List" if you are at Boulevard.

    This is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in in my entire life. Each dish I ordered was a work of art, and the dining room is one of the most exquisite, exotic, and romantic I've ever seen. If I could give this restaurant 200 out of 5 stars, it wouldn't be high enough.

    INCREDIBLE service by Mare, she was a perfect mix of fun / friendly but also letting us have our time to catch up and enjoy our meal. Everything we ordered was beyond delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, def recommend the fancy grilled cheese for the table. Delicious cocktails too. one of my fave meals of the year

    Extraordinary. This SF landmark was firing on all cylinders tonight. Food was spot-on, service even better. Our lovely server Leanna (sp?) read her audience perfectly. She guided us through the menu and paced the courses seamlessly, all the while engaging with us charmingly. Wine guy John Lancaster is one of a kind. He asked us a few questions about what we liked and paired wines that were out-of-this-world. The man is a wizard, he seemed to just appear at our table at the perfect time. Amazing to see this powerhouse SF establishment leading the way into the future.
