   Service was amazing and so was the food! I loved the small touches for Valentine’s day like the rose and macaron at the end of dinner.

   Service was top-tier. The drinks were OK. We ordered two French 75 with Don Julio. The drinks were pretty good just wasn’t strong for the price. We also had the cold oysters in the blue crab beignet which were pretty good now with the entrées. I ordered the lobster pot pie, which was nothing what I was expecting. The crust was very hard and dry. I told the server that I didn’t like it and he automatically got it removed from the bill, which was great. My husband had the snapper which we moved the almond crusted toppings to the side, and it was actually really really good. Overall, I rate this place at a 7.5 out of 10 won’t necessarily say we will be back but we will be back maybe for appetizers and drinks at the bar.

    Been here 10+ times in last year. Lunch is always excellent. Now 2 out of 3 failed dinner experiences. This time arrived just before 6 for 6p reservation. Promptly seated. Celebrating Valentine's Day with dinner and Bocelli concert. Told waitress we wanted to leave by about 730p. Place orders at 615. Drinks, salad and bread service - excellent. Then the entrees. At 710, don't have food. We inquire - they are checking. 720 manager comes by and getting it plated now. 730p food is delivered. The lamb special - cold and unimaginative with little to no flavor. The potato pastry? Cold and bland. The sauce? Lukewarm. And this was JUST plated? The steak frites? Steak was good. The frites? Cold/room temp. Just plated? The french onion soup? Hot, but overly salty. Didn't finish the food. Mgr comped the meal and apologized. I advised same thing happened last year for a $500 meal and manager called and apologized. Promised me a gift card - despite following up never happaned. People all around us arrived after us and were served in normal time. This was a disastrous experience and inexcusable for a high end restaruant. If I was at Friday's or Chili's, I wouldn't care. But Boulon? $100+ per person? Lunch has always been good. Dinner now 2 out 3 miserable experiences. Do better.
