This was not my first visit, but may be my last. I had made reservations, but no one was there to greet us. Went to bar to inquire and it seemed like just sit wherever. The menu is more limited than I remember and drinks were underwhelming. I was disappointed compared to my original experience. I had planned on being there for awhile with my friends to celebrate my birthday, but ended up a one and out to find a better/new place.

Very average. Service was not great, knowledge of the menu wasn’t on par.

It was a nice experience. Quiet and cozy place. Very limited cocktail options on the menu, but all are crafted at its best.

I arrived to the location and it was closed for a private party. It would have been nice to know that the room was closed before I have gotten there.

$19 cocktail is too much, no matter how great it WAS! We were ignored for the first 20 minutes, even though we were 3 at a table, and only 3 people at the bar who had the bartenders’ attention. Christmas decorations were excellent. Seating is very close together and not very comfortable.

Service: I reserved a table a month and a half in advance for a friend's birthday, but the reservation was lost. While the waitress was kind, she couldn’t resolve the issue, and I was told this happens often with reservations. Atmosphere & Drinks: Initially seated in a very dark booth, we asked to be moved to the couch seating, which was much better. Unfortunately, the drinks were underwhelming. However, the food looked amazing, and our neighbors raved about it, so I'll give credit there. Overall: This venue has potential but fell short in service and execution. For a restaurant in a Hilton with a business casual dress code, I expected more consistency and a clearer identity—either commit to casual or lean fully into fine dining.

Overall 2/5 stars. Made a reservation knowing the atmosphere already, expecting to be greeted and seated. We walked in looking lost, a staff member approached and said sit wherever, order at the bar. We grabbed a table and proceeded to the bar to then wait 30 minutes standing up for a cocktail. One bartender on a Saturday night is crazy. The rush ended I believe as a shift change happened. The closing bartender took our order, brought the drinks to the table and checked in. He is the only reason for the 2 stars of the experience.

Amazing drinks, and good food. They didn't tell us before hand, you have to call the number on the payphone to get in, but once we got in it was terrific. No wait service on the night we went either that was a little weird but the drinks were incredible.

I had a reservation which apparently does not matter. There was only service given at the bar. All open seating had to go to the bar and order. Definitely wasn’t the experience I came therefore will not recommend
