Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways.     We had a reservation to celebrate a birthday in the dining section. Our booth was lovely. The evening was exceptional and included oysters, crab cakes, filets, wedge and Caesar salads , sauces, Mac-n-cheese and expertly crafted cocktails. The butter cake dessert was the finishing touch. The staff was exceptional. This was our second visit to celebrate an occasion. B&B is impressive!

    Great food. Next time I won’t book the patio. Had too much of a sports bar feel. Also… seriously charging $3.50 for an ice ball. Wow. That was over the top for me. I won’t come back just because of that. Pretty petty honestly. For a place slinging bourbon…

    We had such an amazing time. The service is impeccable. The food is amazing. It is definitely our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. You cannot go wrong dining at this restaurant. The experience is so awesome.

    It was my first time visiting the restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday at 5:30 pm, and the place was relatively quiet with only a few customers. When the busser opened our table, he asked, “Would you like still water, bottle of still or sparkling water?” We requested still water (not bottled still).He brought an open bottle, and it wasn’t clear whether it was complimentary or something we’d be charged for. Throughout the meal, he continued refilling our glasses without asking if we wanted another bottle. It gave the impression that it was free, but we were surprised to find $21 worth of water added to our bill. I asked the server to remove the charge, and she did, but I found the whole experience unsettling. It wasn’t clear whether this was an honest mistake or an attempt at upselling. Aside from that, the food was delicious, though I felt the bill didn’t justify the portions or overall value. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t return.

    We’ve been here many times, but this is the second time Katie was our waitress. She is absolutely wonderful. Her friendliness made our dinner experience even better!

    Visiting and did not realize my reservation was for "next door"? Ambience is not the same, music too loud, no white table cloths, menu should also be scaled down. Very Pricey. No one was there and happy hour (for the people next to us) was only allowed by sitting at the bar. Overall disapointing. Will not reccommend the

    I would have spent less at Maple and Ash and had much better food. The quality of the food was average at most. Lesson learned.
