Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Our inventive approach ensures an outstanding dining experience. With options like grilled octopus, Wagyu beef on a hot rock, lobster mac & cheese, and house-made decadent desserts.     $71 for two old fashions is ridiculous and the highest I’ve ever paid. Ambience is sub par with all the options Scottsdale has to offer. Our Ribeye and Creamed Spinach however was very good. Server was very knowledgeable but it would have been nice to have been told some ancillary charges that were on our bill regarding our drinks and the flambeau charges. $220 before tip is too steep to be commanding based on overall experience for two people.

    High energy place with an outragous bourbon and whiskey selecton. As high end as one whould want to go. The steaks were cooked perfectly wife added shrimp and i added bone marrow butter. We shared the alasken king crab as an appetizer and sharred the pound cake for desert.

    The overall experience was great. The waiter started out perfect on his introduction but then we felt very rushed! It was hard to enjoy our appetizers when our waiter came back to get our order 2 or 3 times. Again felt rushed. Food was great!

    This was our second time dining at this location. The experience for Christmas Eve dinner was not what we had anticipated it was not enjoyable or festive. The music was so loud we could not hear other people at our table speaking. The smell from the food cooking at the restaurant next door was so strong it was over powering. The waitress was rude and did not smile the entire service. However, the assistant waiter was fantastic, very kind and engaging. And, to top it off our steaks were over cooked.

    We had a reservation to celebrate a birthday in the dining section. Our booth was lovely. The evening was exceptional and included oysters, crab cakes, filets, wedge and Caesar salads , sauces, Mac-n-cheese and expertly crafted cocktails. The butter cake dessert was the finishing touch. The staff was exceptional. This was our second visit to celebrate an occasion. B&B is impressive!
