Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Server group was amazing and on top of everything, not rushing us through our experience or the menu. Offered amazing suggestions, food was delicious, the extra salts they provided were unique and just a pinch of the smokey salt transformed the meal. We were sat next to the bathroom and some smells made their way to our booth - so we caught unpleasant whiffs but they came and went, so it wasn't all that bad.

Braised short ribs are an excellent choice. Diver scallops are not. For the same price, you get 6 scallops as opposed to a large portion of meat, mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies. Bar drinks took 10 min to get even though we were there on a Sunday for an early dinner so guest capacity was 1/4 full. Water glasses weren’t kept up. Ran out of water twice so I had to steal my dining companion’s instead. Served bread without a knife to cut it. Steak knives for our meal - mine was falling apart. Definitely not worth the price.

Delicious food. Very large menu. Amazing wine list. Pricey. Good service. Very enjoyable experience.

Best ribeye I’ve had in Phoenix so far. Excellent service making us feel special for our birthday celebrations. They even comped us our deserts!

Steak was luke warm but generously sized. French onion soup was delicious. B&B potatoes were great. Asparagus was good but not a generous serving.

Was hoping for a better experience for my and my wife’s 38th anniversary. We were seated in the bar area (very noisy) at a small high top. Food was ok, though my wife’s steak was undercooked. Was told we would get our dessert free since it was our anniversary, but got charged anyway. Nothing majorly wrong, just an overall underwhelming experience that wasn’t worth the huge bill at the end. Will probably be a while before we go back.

Darby was my server, she was fantastic. Everything on the menu looked incredible so I had a hard time making decisions haha. She really has her product knowledge down and helped me select the perfect accompaniments for my steak and sides.

Service was amazing ( I’m a service snob ), food was delicious. I’d give more stars if I could. The entire staff made my Wife’s birthday very special and that was very important and meaningful to my wife. This will be our new spot, we will absolutely visit more often.

Steven was fantastic! Food was wonderful, as first time guests we were pleasantly surprised by the experience as a whole. Will definitely be back as a new found spot for special celebrations. As for menu recommendations, prime rib (Sunday / Monday) with the horseradish sauce, corn & loaded v baked potato. Dessert was delicious. After finish I one we are looking forward to the second one we took home to enjoy later.
