   Bourbon Boulevard in Chantilly has never disappointed us. It is worth every dollar. We asked for a cocktail that was not on the menu—a boulevardier. The bartender made a perfect cocktail.

   We had an awesome time for my husband‘s birthday. The band was awesome. Our waitress. Fiona was very attentive and nice. We will definitely be returning.

   I recently had the misfortune of dining at Bourbon Boulevard in Chantilly, VA, for the first time. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, we met our waitress and promptly ordered bread, as my girlfriend was hungry. We also ordered an Old Fashioned, which was delicious, and a Whiskey Sour, which was unfortunately too watery. Things took a turn for the worse when I tried to send the Whiskey Sour back. The waitress refused, stating that I had to pay for it because I had a "particular taste." This response was not only unaccommodating but also unprofessional. To make matters worse, we had ordered two steaks, but the bread we had ordered 23 minutes prior still hadn't arrived. At this point, we decided to leave. When the waitress finally returned, we informed her that we would be paying for the Old Fashioned but not the uneaten and unprepared food. The situation escalated when the waitress took our decision personally and charged us for the steaks that never came out of the kitchen. I explained that I was not going to pay for slow service and steaks that didn't make it out of the kitchen, and I requested that she close out our bill for the drinks only. Her response was shocking: "I will call the police then." I found this threat to be unreasonable, so I took matters into my own hands and called the police myself. As it turned out, one of the restaurant's own employees had also called the owner to complain about the waitress's behavior, revealing that she was, in fact, the manager. The whole experience was a testament to the poor, inexperienced management at Bourbon Boulevard. The lack of professionalism, unaccommodating service, and unreasonable behavior of the manager/waitress made for a disastrous dining experience. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as the risk of a similar experience is too great.

   Troy and Slivia You are an entitled customer and not just a typical entitled customer but a business owner. Do you let your guest walkout of your establishment styles by Silvia afteer they order Hair color and style and right at the end the guest says " you know what I want to walk out and I don't want to pay". Guests like you are not allowed at our establishment. When you come to an establishment and order food, it's your responsibility to pay for it whether you changed your mind or not. As a rule of the land, you were forced to pay by cops because it's the law, and you think you can get away not paying. Be happy you didn't have to pay for other drink. Our food and drinks are made to a recipe, and it doesn't mean everyone palette is the same.

   Overall this was a great experience for us on Valentine's day. The maitre' de (however you spell that) was very pleasant and gave my date a rose to give to me. Because it was so crowded we didn't get the tableside experience, but the experience we did have was so nice that we will be returning. Also.....we had the cheese wheel pasta this evening and the next day went somewhere that was supposed to be KNOWN for their cheese wheel pasta (in Arlington, if you know, you know) and hands down, this was better. ;)

   We went for Valentine’s Day. It was our first time. Overall we enjoyed our experience but had to give a lower on the value because we were charged $12 for steak sauce. For price you pay for a steak sauces should be complimentary and if it isn’t the waiter should inform you of the charges. Other higher end restaurants don’t charge so that was a big turn off. Bread should also be complimentary considering the prices here.

   Service was great!! Steak was also great!! I had a side order of Mac and cheese. I love mac and cheese. I have had a number of 'variations' and with very few exceptions I have enjoyed them all. There was something off with this mac and cheese. It tasted like it had been frozen for some time... anyway for the price I paid I expect excellent food. this means everything. I feel that if I am paying $300.00 (without tip) for a dinner for two all food and service should be excellent. Well this mac and cheese ruined that for me. Another note. Readers may feel differently, but let me explain. If I am going to pay top dollar at a steak house I prefer a traditional ambiance. Dark, wood ambiance. Classic examples would be Woodmont grille in Bethesda or Prime Rib (Baltimore location). The ambiance here is a combination of classic wood / steak house and sports bar. While some may like it, or not mind. Once again for the $$ I prefer a more classic environment.

   Second time we've gone there. So impressed from the first time, we chose it for our Valentine's Day dinner. It did not disappoint! Exceptional service, exceptional staff, and exceptional food. They even hired a quartet to come sing amongst the tables. If you're looking for an upscale restaurant that caters to your needs, serves the best food and offers the best list of spirited drinks, this is one you'll want to check out.

    It was our first time. We Like to try different steak restaurants and this trip did not disappoint. The service was exceptional our steaks were great and we also talked with the Owner as he went to the tables to check on us. Highly recommended
