Bourbon Steak is amazing! We went for a quick dinner before we flew out the next morning. Great wines by the glass. Derrick was our server & he made incredible recommendations.

Dining at Bourbon Steak was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped inside, the impeccable service set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of both the menu and the extensive wine list. The food--every bite was a revelation. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the ingredients fresh and thoughtfully combined. We had the Tomahawk Steak, creamed spinach, foie gras, horseradish mashed potatoes, Waldorf salad and each dish was executed with precision and artistry. Beignets for dessert! a decadent finale, was equally impressive. Amuse bouch was a trio of seasoned fries with respective sauces. The ambience was another highlight. The warm, inviting decor and soft lighting created an atmosphere that was both elegant and comfortable. The buzz of conversation added to the charm without feeling overwhelming. Loved the evening.

There is no excuse for a restaurant of this supposed caliber and price point to use canola oil mixed with grapeseed oil in virtually 95% of its dishes. Restaurants use these oils because they are cheap. Extra virgin olive oil, beef tallow, etc are more expensive; however very healthy. I do not eat seed oils. This is one of the few restaurants that could barely accommodate me. The server told me that unfortunately these oils were in everything, even the Mac & Cheese. On top of that, the filet mignon & Mac & Cheese were served barely warm & the steak tartare was an embarrassment for a steak house. Save your money. There are many other great steak houses in Scottsdale/Phoenix. I feel badly to have to write such a negative review, yet I feel that it must be done.

Beautiful restaurant with great service and excellent steak prepared perfectly…Difficult to get into hotel parking due to Christmas Festivities.

The presentation of our food was spectacular!! Everyone was very impressed.. The Chef did an incredible job with my dietary preferences. Who would have thought that a steak house was a vegetarian’s favorite restaurant!! Alan was fantastic with his service and his wit! We all had a fabulous time! Thanks so much!

What an incredible experience we had at Bourbon Steak over the weekend! It’s always a treat and a five star experience, but it keeps getting better- if that’s possible? The entire staff are pleasant, professional and so hospitable. We feel Milan is one of the best servers in the valley. He consistently goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable dining experience. What a pleasure he is! Our salads, steaks, sides, wine and desserts were on point and the whole experience is like culinary wizardry. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff. Thank you for a great kick off to the holiday season.

Beautiful restaurant , very romantic and dark , great variety of steaks and preps . The bone marrow and salads were outstanding , the steaks cooked perfectly. The beignets were the BEST we have ever had . Will be back

Dillon was a great server. Our dinner was - in a word - perfect. We shared foie gras, a wedge salad, the Kansas City strip steak, and broccolini. It was all the best.

The food was average at best. The filet mignon arrived a bit on the cool side. Certainly, expected the lamb dish to be a lot more substantial given the price. Speaking of price, the wine list was extensive but the wines very over priced! On the plus side the service was excellent. The music was also too loud and interfered with the ambiance of the meal
