The restaurant was out of a food. No cheddar cheese - no pork for the Cuban sandwich and something else they were out of. Not the servers fault but pretty bad to run out of food for an even such as inside Seminole football.

Atmosphere was fine but we were disappointed to have a VERY LIMITED “game day” menu, the day AFTER game day. And….we’re out of chips for nachos and out of fries. Strange. This is just obviously NOT the place to go for brunch on a Sunday.

Nachos were strong. Rest of food was meh. We were there early so it was pretty quiet. Every tv was on the same channel, kinda felt like we were opening the place at 6ish. Server was nice

The only reason I’m giving Bowdens 2 stars is because the waiter was friendly and doing the best he could given that the food took 40 minutes to come out. Burger was server between two wilted lettuce leaves with cold and stale fries. We could see the kitchen from where we were sitting and it was dirty and littered with boxes and food on the floor. All food was slightly cooled and I heard almost every waiter around us apologizing for the food to the customers.

The service was very good, but the food was very lackluster at a high price point. My husband said his burger was concession stand quality. My Mac and cheese with pulled pork, although it’s one of their listed specialties, was not great.

I hate to write negative reviews, but this place was such a disappointment. Everything we ordered was cold or at best lukewarm. My granddaughter and I ordered their signature burger, neither of us ate more than three bites. When my husband walked past the kitchen on the way back from the restroom, he said the whole place smelled like marijuana. On a good note, our waitress was attentive and sweet. We won’t be back.

Food was fine. Service was great. But it was so loud. If you’re looking for a place to have a conversation, this isn’t it. if you want to have a drink and watch the games, I’d recommend

Food was good, service was slow. We were told they only had two people serving so it would take a little while. The bartender ended up serving us and working the bar, he was busy but pleasant. Think they just weren’t prepared for the parents and students coming in for summer B move in . I’d give them another try though. My boys LOVED the food

Die hard FSU fan. Wanted to love this place. The restaurant is beautiful. It would be awesome on a fall day. But a Florida summer it’s a bit warm. Food isn’t bad. My server seemed more suited for a librarian than a server at a college bar. But I have to point out the volume. OMG!! The TVs are ridiculously loud. I get it’s a sports bar. But my ears were ringing like I had just been to a concert when I left. We joked it would have been believable that we were being pranked. If you go, and you want to have a conversation. Sit outside. Or down the road. Or a block away.
