   I’ve eaten at tours on Edgewater and this is a sister restaurant I think. The food was very good. Two of us got the prefix dinner and one person ordered off the regular menu. One thing that was very nice of them was that we ordered a bottle of champagne and they didn’t have it so they gave us an upgraded bottle which was much appreciated. We did ask for extra bread, three times and never got it. And our server wasn’t as attentive as he should’ve been. But I think it’s because he had too many tables and one of them was a large group. I was disappointed they didn’t have cappuccino. I’ve never heard of an Italian restaurant in not having it. When it came time to pay, the bill was a little confusing because we were trying to split it and the server was getting all mixed up, trying to break it up three ways only charging each of us what we ordered. All in all it was a good experience the place is very pretty.

   I saw this restaurant on instagram and so my wife and I decided to go for our anniversary. The food was really good you can tell it was fresh. The overall experience was nice. The only thing I would say is to maybe do a little extra for those that are coming for anniversary’s or special occasions. Example Morton’s steakhouse they’ll have the menu printed out with a Happy Anniversary or Happy Birthday on the top of the menu. The same with Capital Grille. Or even a complimentary dessert. But overall it’s a nice restaurant.

   The pasta was delicious. The only complaints are the wine list is lacking good white options by the glass and the meal was way too rushed. I was taking bites of my half full salad as they were putting the entree on the table. Slow down and let us enjoy the food.

   Wine and beer only. Pasta dishes were good however not up to par with dishes I have had at original Turci. Mushroom tagliatelle was super heavy, and pesto penne was ok but did not seem to have the texture of homemade pasta. Burrata was highly promoted but not outstanding. I would have preferred burrata on top of penne not to be ice-cold on top of warm pasta. Pear carpaccio was outstanding and delicious! Service was good however server did not seem well versed on her favorite dishes.

   My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and the experience was delightful overall. However there are few things that can be improved. First, the server could have been less serious, maybe a little more empathetic. Second, the fact that we had an appetizer and they didn’t change our utensils for the main course, was a lack of etiquette. I was also expecting a complimentary dessert with a candle or something that would have made the occasion special as we wanted to be for his birthday. Those little details make a huge difference, I see it every day as a hospitality professional. With those details taken care of, this restaurant would be spotless.

   I will never be back. After ordering a bottle of wine, appetizers, and entrees, they told us we need to leave for a reservation that showed up early. Sounds crazy, right? We were there for less than an hour and a half and there was an empty table beside us the entire time. Our food was average at best and we ordered their signature dishes. Never again, too many other places that have great food and are friendly to their customers.

   Visited here after visiting the location in college park. Overall I enjoyed the college park location better. Service was slow and our salads were brought out at the same time as our entrees which was not typical for any restaurant. The espresso took quite awhile to arrive at the end of the meal. It felt a bit cramped and noisy inside. Food was very good.

   Food was very flavorful, well presented and perfectly cooked! The ambience is perfect, very cozy and intimate.
