Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

Beautiful quiet romantic restaurant. We are locals , and this is some of the best service we have ever had. Food was unique and amazing. We were thrilled to get to talk dessert with the chef, his blueberry desert creation was one of the best i've ever had in Vegas. I can't even describe it. Go check this place out! We will be back soon!

The customer service was phenomenal, the food options that we selected which was the broccolini and the carbonara was just ok. Overall we would have to go back and try other food options to not give such a bias opinion.

We attended for a birthday celebration and no stone was left unturned. We sat in a quaint both… overlooking the bar. The drinks were exceptional, apps- toast (has salami, shrimp scampi& broccolini. The broccolini needs its on stage.. perfection. We wanted a side salad so they made us Caesar’s. Tons of dressing but otherwise 4.9/5. Pizza, entrees— shrimp da fioli-5/5 but then the swordfish OMG the best we’ve ever had…. They couldn’t let us go without singing Happy birthday. The presentation and the something like tiramisu is 20/10!! They made the evening special, the runner, the server and the host were all great at what they do’

Service was Pleasant and Attentive. 'G' was a Fantastic Bartender. Matt was a Pleasant & Attentive Server. Food came out Timely. Meat Balls were Excellent and Pork Belly was Good. The Braised Eggplant was Very Good. Roasted Chicken Pizza was Good but needed MORE Chicken. Roasted Chicken should have been Crisp on the Outside. Swordfish was OK but would have been better Served as a thicker piece. The Focaccia Bites were Excellent. I will Return.
