   Bramble & Brine at the Buttery was fabulous in all areas. Starting with being greeted by the owner upon arrival, the entire experience was magical on Christmas Eve !The atmosphere and ambience is as perfect as it gets, with the setting a beautifully refurbished Victorian home- professionally decorated in an upbeat way. The service by our server, bar tender and support staff was impeccable. Best of all, the food and wine selection was wonderful! Our meals were cooked to perfection, and the bottle of wine recommended by the owner was sensational! The location is the best and most convenient in all of the South Delaware beaches area! Megan ( owner), really knows how to make fine dining a full and perfect experience! Bravo !

   Great dining experience. Service is excellent, both friendly and professional. Our food was wonderfully prepared and the presentation was great. Starting with a pleasant greeting from the hostess Sandy to a pre dinner cocktail at the bar with Amy through dinner with our server David and a final Christmas wish from Megan, our first Christmas living in the area was perfect.

   We had a very delicious meal at this warm, cozy place last night, which is in a beautiful historic home in downtown Lewes. We were early for our reservation, so we went in the back to the Pink Pony bar area for a drink. Husband and I had very good wine, daughter had a limoncello lemon drop, which she loved. The bartenders were so friendly and fun! For dinner, we were seated in the enclosed wrap around front porch area, with views of the town that was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our waiter, Filip, was outstanding. He helped us make good menu choices, according to our tastes, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. We started with the charcuterie board, which we enjoyed sharing. Husband and I chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was fabulous, with caramelized roasted carrots, crisp tender green beans, all on a bed of pomme purée. Daughter chose a delicious pumpkin ravioli, which was leaving the menu the next day. She greatly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back to this restaurant. Highly recommend.

   As always, just a wonderful meal, from the host stand to the food itself. The hospitality cannot be matched in Lewes at any restaurant, and the quality and innovation in the kitchen is also the best Lewes has to offer. We had the cheese board and the foie gras, followed by the chicken and the pork chop. All of the food was prepared and presented perfectly. And the wine list was exceptional. We will be bad again and again.

   Love this restaurant. We’ve been here many times. I had a spicy vodka martini that was huge and excellent. The food was so yummy. My husband had the chicken cordon bleu and I had the scallops. We love the whimsical atmosphere and we sat at the window facing 2nd street. Service was five star. We will be back.

   Loved the holiday decor and our service was lovely and attentive ! It’s only Tuesday and we were disappointed in not available items on the menu such as soup&salad and out of chicken salad :( however the Cesar was excellent and they did accommodate making sliced chicken breast for the salad ! Very good and a nice day ! Thank you

    Cheddar biscuits did not have any cheddar flavor. Crab cakes were bland with limited flavor, the sides were also bland. The chicken cordon bleu sauce was also flat. The building had a musty smell.
