   We went on A Saturday which was a mistake. The wait staff was overwhelmed and the hostess as well. They overbooked so people were very impatient. When we got to order and got our food the mixed vegetables were cold and the crabcake has one piece of crab and the rest was breadcrumb filler for $20, the kitchen was either apathetic or were directed to make substandard food. Telling our waiter or the staff wouldn’t matter because it was pure chaos.

   This was my wife and my’s first time dinner at Branded Chophouse. We had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Kaiya was attentive and personable. She did an amazing job and we enjoyed our banter with her. The NY Strip was delicious and prepared just to our liking! The sides were perfectly portioned and very good as well. Since there was no performance, we were seated in the Vanish Hall. It was quiet, with a vintage rustic elegance. Perfect for a romantic dinner for 2. We walked away looking forward to our next return!

   First time dining here. Loved the vibe. The food was excellent especially the grilled chicken and salmon. Darius our server was excellent and gave good suggestions. Will definitely be back.

   The food and service was better then other costumers comments just not sure how long they will stay in business because of there location they be better off once the brewery open up next door

   It was okay but both our steaks were over cooked and for a “steak house” I was kinda disappointed.

   I was hoping the negative online reviews weren't legitimate, however, very disappointing experience. Went on a Sunday night, and the server, who was very attentive, let us know they were out of a lot of the menu items. He proceeded to pull out a list of about a dozen items. We ordered. Apps of french onion soup and salad arrived. The onion soup was on the smaller size, but thankfully so, the 'soup' part was a congealed gravy like consistency nothing liquid or soup like about it. Husband had a salad with house dressing which he said was lacking in taste and seasoning. Was told the 12 oz ribeye he ordered was no longer available and he could have the 16oz for an additional $10, being that the options were limited, he went ahead with it. Steak was decent. My cheeseburger was more bun than burger and again lack of seasoning. We both had the fries which were overly salty. Didn't opt for dessert but observed the next table being told there were only 3 choices left and after they ordered, the server came out to tell them that they were now our of carrot cake. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in the area, especially on a Sunday, but the high priced, lackluster food was a major letdown. It's a shame because the venue has such potential.

   Ordered a filet Medium and it was rare and a bad cut of filet, could not even cut it. Husband’s prime rib was much better. Coffee was like dirty dish water. Expected much more for a place charging these prices. Longhorn has better steaks and better value.

    We thought we were going to a restaurant but felt like entering the local bar. The front door had diners, bar patrons and employees running in and out...very chaotic. Our waiter was a nice guy and took our order promptly. The food came out quickly. Our appetizer (Maryland Crab Dip) was hot and a bit too salty. The Mushroom Risotto was almost too intense to eat. Maybe overuse of truffle oil ?? Entre servings were on smaller side for the price. It was too noisy to have a conversation between the bar patrons and the band in a back room. Would not go back again.
