Live music took the stage, front and center. Older crowd listening to mostly what I think was 1960s music. Some people weee dancing between the tables. My food was tasty and inventive. Lighting was soft and the restaurant was tastefully decorated for. Christmas. Drinks are slow as the bar is busy. A dedicated ladies room is always a plus! It was pretty and clean. I would potentially go back on the right night. If you were born in the 1950s, this is a great place to check out. Maybe we would take my MIL.

Christmas night most places were closed but Branzino's was open for those of us looking for a place to eat. The place was packed, but we were seated on time and our orders were served promptly and correctly. It seemed that everyone on Long Island was there but Armando and staff worked feverishly to make sure everyone was taken care of even apologizing for the crowded seating. There was nothing unexpected for a holiday night and a big thanks to everyone for being there for us!

What a disappointed Christmas! We had reservations at 5 PM. We were finally seated at 5:35. After being seated, the waiter told us they were out of three of the entrées. At this point, we realize that the restaurant was not managed well. To make matters worse there were three tables that were seated after us, and the waiter took their cocktail orders, and deliver the cocktails, and we still had not even received our water, .. it was 6:10pm. We attempted to get the waiter’s attention. He looked at us and walked away. We decided to leave. As we got to the front,we told the hostess telling her that we were unhappy. Very disappointed!!

The place was extremely overcrowded. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated even though i made this reservation 2 weeks in advance. The waiter Danny V was rude and ignored us most of the dinner. Once we were seated we had to wait another 30 minutes before someone even took our order. No water or bread on the table. Had to ask for it. Took another 30 minutes before our appetizers even showed up. The hostess and the busboy were the only sweet and kind people there. A+++ to them. Anytime the busboy came to clear anything off the table I would chat with him & the owner would show up out of nowhere & reprimand him for talking to us. Disgusting. The owner was a horror too. He was about to cancel my Reservation while I was there because they overbooked & I was 10 minutes late to my reservation because I couldn’t find a place to park. Luckily I overhead him and said I’m right here waiting to be seated. Who does that? The sweetest hostess stood up for us. Unbelievable. It was Christmas and this is how you treat your guests Who are Paying. Terrible experience on a holiday. The place was charming and festive. But get rid of the owner and staff. They need to go back to hospitality school.

It was Christmas Day and it was extremely busy yet the service and food was excellent. Could not have asked for more

Seemed overbooked for the holiday. As soon as we sat down, we were told we had 90 minutes to eat and then we would have to get up from the table. Not a positive way to spend a holiday dinner. Set the tone for an unpleasant experience. Our waiter was clearly too busy and didn’t have time to be attentive. Asked for grated cheese three separate times and it never came to the table.
