This sultry 120-seater draws inspiration from across Latin America, honed through Manion’s decades of experience. Think flame- roasted, whole young chickens slicked with garlic-chili oil, steaks cooked over an open fire alongside chimichurri, and moqueca teeming with mussels, shrimp & Mahi Mahi with coconut-scented rice—all washed down with quenching caipirinhas, locally brewed, Latin-inspired beer and 100 bottles of wine under 100 dollars.

Had such a great experience at Brasero! Food and service were top notch! Over 100 bottles to choose from on their wine list and the server was very knowledgeable and able to help pick out a bottle that paired well with our food order. For food we ordered the Salmon Ceviche, Grilled Prawns (never had prawns this flavorful), Pork Fried Rice, Picanha (perfectly cooked and delicious by itself. Really enjoyed it with the vinagrete). The Pork Shank stole the show and was so tender it fell off the bone! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Delicious meal. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Drinks were tasty and powerful. Its also a gorgeous restaurant. I can't wait to go back and take my husband.

One of the best restaurants I have experienced in Chicago. The food was fantastic & overall experience 9.5/10. Would recommend to anyone

Everything was delicious. We especially loved the Lobster & Pichanua, char grilled sweet potato( amazing caramelized crust) , and salmon ceviche were outstanding. Great for a special outing.

Wow! It's been a while since we've tried someplace new. Brasero did not disappoint. My partner was declaring we were coming before we even finished our meal. The food was excellent and my drink was perfect. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our dinner here! Kat was a phenomenal waitress and had the best recommendations! I will say the sides and shareables were more memorable and a better value than the entrees. Would definitely return!
