   We went for a Sunday roast, it was the best meal we had in Bath. The food was great, the service lovely, and the atmosphere is beautiful .

   We booked the 2 course lunch menu but on arrival we were given the a la carte menu and told that the lunch menu was unavailable. I had to push to see the set lunch menu which was somewhat begrudgingly finally produced - I had mentioned in our booking that we had one person who did not eat meat - we were not offered any divides options and the lunch menu provided no choice - it was a choice of 1 starter & 1 main course - we then did not see that waitress again & had to try & get attention from another waiter. It took over 20 mins to order & another 25 mins before any food arrived - there was only 1 other group of 2 there for lunch so they were not rushed off their feet. The food when it came was good but we did not have enough time to have coffee as we needed to order dessert immediately the main courses arrived and didn’t had time for coffee etc. More attention to service is required and at lunchtime people often have limited time as we did.

   Lovely restaurant with fantastic menu choices of amazingly presented food. Staff very attentive----all as expected and was very good

   The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. I would not hesitate to visit again, in fact I’ve already booked.

   We waited 50 minutes before our drinks order arrived! That is way too long. Also the starters arrived after 50 minutes. The food was delicious though + the server was friendly. When asking for the bill, I was given the wrong bill. I also do not like service to be automatically added at 12.5%! I did leave a tip, but as we had had to wait so long for our drinks + food, it was less than 10%.

   Delicious Sunday Roast, I had chicken, my husband had beef, it came with plenty of roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding and gravy and a bit of veg. Lovely decor and very attentive and friendly staff, we’ll definitely come back again if we go to Bath

   We had our Sunday roast here after seeing it had great reviews online. We have to say, the food was outstanding and very pleased we had booked. The only thing that let it down was that we had to wait so long to get anything, the food seem to take ages to come. Even when other people came in after us and seem to be getting there roast much longer before. Hopefully the service will get better soon.
