   Had a really great meal here. Very friendly and helpful service from Jackie as she helped us navigate the menu with lots of questions as first-timers there. Food was exceptional - rich pea soup, great apps, amazing schnitzels with mushroom sauce and with mustard sauce, all clearly made from scratch. Portions were very generous, so much so that we had to regrettably pass on desserts, which looked amazing. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable but the real star was the food. We plan on becoming regulars.

   Our first time a Benelux and it was a wonderful experience. We sat a t a booth near the back, and unlike many restaurants today, we could acually have a convesation in normal voices. Jackie, our server, was very helpful in explaining the menu and guided us well, making suggestions that were spot on to what we were looking for. We got to meet the Chef Armand and his wife (who works the front of the house), delightful people. They remembered us next day when we saw them at ChowderFest! The food was excellent. We had the seafood chowder, which was chocked full of a wide variety of seafood. Then Jackie guided us toward the chicken schnitzel cordon blue with spatzel and cucumber salad (not on the menu). Absolutely delish! We finsished by sharing a piece of the carrot cake with toasted coconut (we also met the pastry chef). Very indulgent, but irresistable! The piece was huge so we took some home with us. Will defintely be back next time we are in Saratoga Spings!

   The service was amazing! They made you feel like you were part of the family! The food was incredible! Perfect heavy meal for a cold winter day! The potato pancakes were heaven! Everyone really enjoyed their food! They were super accommodating of our baby and the stroller we had her in! Great vibes all around!

   Was hoping our visit would be as good as a previous visit. Not the case. Chaotic from the minute we arrived. Food was barely warm and missing sides. I’ll leave it at that.

   Great food and service. Will certainly return with our regular group of six. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Only minor issue, the food was served warm, not piping hot.

   When you want to visit the low country of Europe but are stuck in Upstate New York, you can't do better than Brasserie Benelux in Saratoga Springs. The menu is fun and authentic. The moules-frites are out of this world. The Belgian beers are fantastic. Service is wonderful.

   We were there on a relatively quiet night. It was very comfortable, service was wonderful. We never felt rushed. This was our first time here. The server was knowledgeable and helped us make our selection . Even allowed for some minor modifications to our entrees. The food itself was very good and was what was described. Did I mention, it was very great. Brought back childhood memories of my grandmother’s cooking. The chef came out and asked how we enjoyed our meal. He was very sincere in his concerns about our enjoyment of our meals. I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

   The regular menu was replaced on New Year’s Eve by 3 course fixed price options. We went with appetizers instead. The potato pancakes were crisp and not greasy. The Swedish meatballs were tender with tasty gravy. The star was the smoked salmon platter. Plenty of salmon smoked just right. We had a great waitress.

   We ate there for New Year’s Eve. We were seated early, which was nice. The staff were very friendly. Attentive but not pushy. I had duck, which was excellent. My wife has sauerbraten. Hers was a bit dry. This was the last seating of the night, so not unexpected. This was a prix fix menu, so understandable that they needed menu items to accommodate a very heavy crowd. My first two beer choices were out(on tap), the third, Pauliner weiss beer was excellent. The sides and salads were some of the best I have had, very authentic spatzle, potato pancakes, roasted beet salad. Carrot cake and cheesecake mousse were very good as well. The atmosphere was perfect for a New Year’s Eve dinner…a combo of high energy and relaxed. We will definitely eat there again when we can order off the full menu. Looking forward to the Black Forest schnitzel!
