    Service was really terrible, we weren't asked if we wanted more drinks/ anything. Left to our own devices. Hunted someone down for the bill. Given the wrong bill 3 times!! Waited 45 minutes total for the bill issue to be sorted - tried to mention to manager /staff that we aren't happy and been waiting very long to be simply told that 'it's coming'. Whilst there saw 2 other tables complaining and unhappy with service.

    The food was delicious although small portions and Manuela (our waiter) was lovely. It was a nice surprise to see Santa pop in to take photos with everyone. I know it’s Christmas and busy but it did feel abit rushed. I was most disappointed with the front of house service. I arrived at 10.35am, early for my 11am booking hoping to grab a coffee before my table was ready. The front of house was rude and dismissive. She wouldn’t allow me to grab a drink at the bar… instead stated “This is not a serving station.” I understand it is busy, but there must have been at least 6 empty chairs at the bar area which remained empty as I waited for my table. This initial encounter tainted the experience. It gives a really bad impression and not in line with everyone else working so hard to make it an enjoyable experience.

    The food and location are amazing, we were sat at the counter and the costumer service was not great unfortunately. Would still return as good and drinks are great!

    Food was good was had two popcorn shrimps which were put on one plate but I don't think the portion was correct to be honest. Other than that service was good and friendly
