We were told there was a 20 minute wait. So we waited. After 20 minutes they said they are just waiting to clear a table. 50 minutes later they finally seated us. Many, many empty tables but only two servers. Really poor communication from the host. Not even one apology from the manager. It was the worst experience to what used to be a favorite of my family. It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to go to Bravo as it is our tradition. Otherwise I would have bailed and drove to the other dozen restaurants in the area with immediate seating.

Lately, the service at this location has steadily gotten worse. This time my wife accidentally tipped over the carafe that held the balance of her 9 oz glass of wine. Normally, a good restaurant would replace it free of charge, even if it is the customer's fault. Not in this case. We had to make an issue of it just to get an adjustment to the bill charging us for a 5 oz pour instead of the 9 oz portion. The attitude of the server was the real issue.

First time, I think ever, where I tipped 15%. The bill was over $200 due to 7 people but would have been more if the wait staff actually asked if we wanted another drink. We removed our own dirty plates from the table because nobody cared to take them away including after main meal. The chef actually had to deliver the entrees and knocked over the dirty plates from the appetizers. We all were thirsty from no water refills. I actually was going to get water for the table on my own but my wife wouldn’t let me. Waitress apologized for poor service every time she came to the table. We sat with dirty plates and empty drinks in front of us for 15 minutes before bill was placed on the table with a follow up question of “can we get you all anything else?” Not sure what’s going on at this place but bummer that I pick this place for my daughter’s 18 bday. Worst experience ever

Food was good. Not sure about the $5.00 salad...the vegetables were cut up so small, I could barely tell what I was eating. Cheap,cheap, cheap.

Really enjoyed our lunch and our talk. Lunch is the same quality as dinner but the light on that day was especially fantastic. We got a table near the windows and it was so bright.

First time here, visiting EMU for event. Atmosphere and interior was superb, food was very good and prices were reasonable. Waitress gave us amazing service.

The spaghetti bolagnese was delicious. The meat sauce was just right - not overpowered by spices. We topped off the evening with cheese cake -scrumptious! Glad we came to Bravo again

As you can tell by the stars above, we enjoyed the place and the service, but the food was essentially flavorless, and the prices inflated. Thanks for asking for our feedback, but we will not be returning.
