   We were dining with out of town family and everything went smoothly. Food as served as ordered and it was wonderful. Debbie was an excellent waitress and let us sit for a while after we finished dinner so we could visit. Made our evening extra special.

   This has been one of our favorite go-to restaurants over the years so when we decided to take our family for a birthday gathering I assumed it would be everything and more of what we were used to. It turned out to be a huge embarrassment instead. We waited almost 30 minutes before being seated by a hostess (we had a reservation), another30 minutes before placing our food orders, and at least 30 more minutes before everyone at our table was served. The food came out one or two servings at a time so those served first were long finished with their meals before the last ones were ever served. Our server was not at fault. She was clearly doing everything she could to serve us well. It was just poor leadership and failure to focus on the customer experience.

   The restaurant only had quite a few empty tables, but the staff seemed to be extremely busy as if the restaurant was packed. The hostess was rarely at the front desk allowing for new customers to group at the front door for 10-15 minutes until she made it up to help them. Everyone seemed like they were doing everyone else's job instead of doing their own jobs. Our party of two sat at the bar to try and get faster service and were still there over an hour even though we only ordered one drink, an appetizer and two entrees. The bartender was waiting tables and trying to manage the bar at the same time even though there seemed to be plenty of wait staff on hand. The food was meh at best and we ate less than half of our entrees. The pasta was terrible and the bread that is being served is nothing like the bread we are used to at the Columbus, Ohio locations. We had not been to Bravo or Brio in a while and probably will not go back any time soon.

   Totally over priced. House Cab(red wine) was 19.99 per glass really ??? Place was cold, had to wear coat the entire visit. Waitress was horrible, had to ask for bread three times. I got pork chops, they were served half raw. Do yourself a favor, skip this place. It is way overpriced and food is horrible. Never going back. 220 bucks for 3 people, then they want you to tip the waitress 44 bucks?? I think not

   Three hours to have dinner. Poor server was trying to take care of us and run the bar for the entire restaurant. No visible manager. No one offered to help her. Food was cold and clearly sat for a very long time before it made it to the table. Had to send back the majority of food because it was so cold.
