    Ryan, our server was simply outstanding!! They need to clone Ryan service quality and let him train other servers. We always ask for Ryan - he gets your food to you hot, knows exactly when to check on you and is so polite and courteous. We actually call to see if he’s working that evening. LaRose Blount the hostess who seated us was so nice and polite too. She needs to be a manager there. Food was wonderful!!

    I booked a reservation for a party of 12 for a family brunch after a funeral service. The service ended early, and our reservation time was almost an hour and a half away. I arrived at the restaurant and asked if it would be possible to change our reservation time and decrease my guest count to 7? They were very accommodating, and the sweet young lady at the front even offered her condolences. What a nice touch in customer service! We were seated within 20 minutes, and the great service continued throughout our entire stay. I have visited this location many times, and every visit has been nothing short of excellent. I know some places will blame bad service on staffing shortages, etc, but BRAVO to Bravo's for figuring it out and making it work! 10/10

    The host was rude to everybody,lots of people waiting for a table even when we all have a reservation, the restaurant floor was dirty like grease and the ladies restroom was dirty too, the food was good but takes a lot of time

    Service was a bit slower tonight but the place was packed and it did seem they were understaffed but our waitress was great and the food was hot and delicious as always!!

    I had a great experience, the employees were wonderful and very kind. The food was amazing, I got the Lasagna and it was a good portion size. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing, we took some great pictures there!
