   Arrived to an empty restaurant at 5:50. Res at 6:15. Was told to wait until our reservation time. Sat at 6:30. Children's food was brought to the table around 8pm. Wife and I's meal at 8:30. Food quality is great, never an issue. The ownership group of this restaurant simply refuses to pay what the market demands for labor to run this restaurant. The employees that were working this evening did the best with what they had, which was about 30% of the needed employees. TLDR speed of service horrid due to management understaffing

   We made reservations for New Years Eve and arrived on time at 6pm to a packed lobby of people who also had reservations but had not been seated . We were told the wait would be 10 minutes and it ended up being 30. Completely understand that it was a holiday, just would have preferred that the hostess had just told us they were understaffed and there would be a wait (not doing so led to a lot of frustrated people). Once we were seated, it was obvious they were understaffed and overbooked. Our waiter was great and kept us informed on our food, and we were not in a rush. We let the waiter know we understood. The food was good, but like most restaurants it has gotten expensive.

   About 10 years ago, we used to come here all the time and loved it. It’s probably been 5 years since I visited, Bravo is not what I remember.

   Waiter wasn’t attentive had to ask other servers for everything… took him awhile to even come to the table even though we saw him leaning… we were a table of formal servers and would’ve gave him more than 20% but he didn’t deserve it although there was a 18% gratuity on the bill. Most people still left up to 20% on their bill. We feel absolutely disrespected as a group will not be returning to this restaurant, even though this was some of our favorite venue.

   This was by far the worst experience I have had in a really long time. We waited almost 2 hours to be seated and another hour for drinks, another hour for food. The food was not good and it made our Christmas dinner one to remember and not in a good way.

   Management needs to step up in holidays. This is 2nd year we have went on Christmas and waited over an hour for a table WITH a reservation. We will not be back every again!

   I made reservations over a month in advance for Christmas Day. Our reservation was for 3pm and when we arrived there were a lot of people already waiting. It was very confusing as there was currently no one at the hostess stand so it was unclear what people were waiting for. Finally we were able to "check-in" for our reservation and found out there were people waiting already to be seated for 2 and 2:30 reservations. They must have been short staffed since there were empty tables and all we were told is that it is busy and to be patient. Not sure why you would overbook on Christmas of all days. We were seated at about 4:30 and had to call someone over after about a half hour to let them know that no one had come over yet to get our drinks or food orders. I understand they were "busy" but the wait was just terrible. Once we did get our food though it was good and our server was very nice and attentive. I guess we would go back at some point but definitely not on a holiday.

    Food was beyond delicious! The server was friendly enough, but very lacking in speed of delivery and in remembering when we needed something.
