This visit was fine but would’ve been better if the waitress didn’t make us wait so long for our food. We ordered 1 glass of tea and 1 glass of water; spinach artichoke dip, chicken Cesar salad and a bowl of Italian wedding soup. We were there during a not so busy time of day, about 1:35-2:45. The waitress didn’t bring our main dishes which were just sitting on the counter for about 8 minutes before we asked her how much longer it would be. She said she’s waiting on the chicken to be added to the salad. We just watched her take that salad from one end of the counter between the pizza counter and the grill. She never brought us any bread until I asked for it after the soup and salad was finally delivered. She really avoided eye contact with us when we were watching her have a very animated conversation with her coworker. My husband had to get up from table to ask for our check. She saw him and started walking away. The dip wasn’t too warm. The soup was very oily. Worst experience at Bravos.

Quality of this restaurant has severely declined over the years. Servers undertrained. Hostess forgot which table to take us too. Water was spilled on one of us and minimally attended to. The table cloth was soaking on one of us. We were offered more bread that wasn’t brought. The food was decent. Restaurant was dirty; carpet needs to be steamed. Tables were not bussed. Sangria was extremely sweet. That was probably our last Bravo experience.

The food was good but the service was not good. We waited over an hour before getting our drinks. Had to ask our server twice and had to remind her about our appetizer we ordered. When we finally got our food it was good.

Our server was great and friendly. The food was delicious! We both ordered Caesar salads. We ordered Chicken Marsala and Chicken Scaloppine. Both dishes were well prepared, hot, generous, and flavorful. 10/10. Service was slower overall from arrival to signing the check. We spent 2 hours start to finish. If you’re cool with that and have friends with you it’s probably perfect.

We had an our family New Year’s Eve dinner. Food was delicious. Unfortunately, service was not so good. Server was very personable, but could not handle the multiple tables. Forgot several things. Will definitely go back, when not so chaotic. The live music, saxophone player was really good.

Walk in and no one was in sight at the host stand.Had a reservation for 6:30, didn’t get seated till probably 6:45, which isn’t really a huge deal, but there were a ton of people waiting at the front that also had reservations, and the wait for non reserves was like two hours. Most of the tables were empty which makes me think they might have been short staffed. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before a waiter greeted us, but once he was there the service was good, very nice gentleman, and was quick with taking our orders in. The food came back quick, and was pretty good! My partner got chicken Alfredo, and I got pizza. My only complaint was that my pizza wasn’t as crispy as I would have liked it considering it was a stone baked pizza. It did take quite a while for us to get our check, and once we got it it took a while for him to get it. I payed in cash and I guess they had to open the safe and for some reason that took forever as well. Overall I probably wouldn’t go back, just based on how long the wait and leave time. If you’re not in a rush, this might be the place for you!

The waitress for our dinner on Christmas Day was very accommodating to say the least. She approached our table to refill glasses more than multiple times while she continued to give excellent service to her other customers. She was also extremely pleasant and smiled and listened intently to our requests. She continued to bring warm bread when we finished what was on our table. She was far above an average waitress. The ambience was warm and inviting. This evening was made pleasant and more than served our needs. I shall return.
