Have not been here in years. We always chose Carrabbas. We made a reservation as suggested, and it was a good thing we did. When we arrived, there was a paper menu taped to the door saying reservations only, walk- ins will not be seated. We had a reservation and had to wait a bit for tables to clear, but it was an acceptable length of time. We ordered an appetizer (spinach-artichoje dip. It's kind of has a different and tangy flavor, not bad, just different. It comes with triangular-shaped-breads for dipping. Some were very underdone, some burnt. All 3 of us ordered soups which were very good, but not included with our entree so it added about $27 to our tab. We ordered the chicken parm (OK), the shrimp fettuccine (OK), and the salmon (which ended up being the best of the 3 entrees). Service was slow, but we were earned the kitchen was jammed up (expected because of the holiday), so it was just fine. They got it done. We ordered a dessert to share--chocolate cake with vanilla Gelato. Very good, but it seemed it was a flour less cake and this wasn't mentioned on the menu. Still good. The waitstaff seemed sapped. No smiles, no happy faces, except for our server, who was almost attentive, but gave frequent updates as to what was happening with our order. He forgot drink refills, forgot to bring us a bag we requested but then remembered, and handled the business of the restaurant much better than the host and the other waitstaff. Overall, hmmm...I don't think we'll be returning to Bravo's. We already have our Italian restaurant of choice so we will be returning there. Overall the value was not there, without having a choice of salad or soup to go with the entrees, the meal ended up for 3 of us (no cocktails ordered) around $200.

This was our 2nd year dining here on Christmas Day- Both times it was lovely, delicious and special. The salmon was perfectly cooked! Excellent, celebratory cocktails and desserts! We’ll be back next year.

If you're not a big fan of dressing on your salad, I would request light on the dressing or on the side. A little too much dressing for both of us. Otherwise excellent meals.

Trisha was awesome! Told her we like Carrabba’s crusty bread better than their bread so she brought us some crusty bread which was DELICIOUS! Great service and food.

Service was not good, we sat for over 20 with no silverware or napkins, and this was after drinks and appetizer were served. We asked politely, 2 times , with no response. The appetizer was barley warm and appeared to have been sitting in the windows for a while. The food was also just warm and must have sat for a while as well because another waiter ran the food to our table. Across from us at another table, a customer was asking a waiter to kill a bug on floor, I have no idea what kind, but when you see a waiter smashing a bug with his shoe when your about to eat, it kind of spoils the evening. We didn't even box our food to take it home. This was Thanksgiving night, our waiter never mentioned The turkey dinner they were serving, that was not on the menu. This was the first time at Bravo.

Overall it was a really good experience. Hate it just because we lost a person in our family so we have five people now and restaurants insist on sticking us at a four topper and adding a chair to the end. Bravo is Not the only one who does this. It was a high traffic area and not much room between the tables. Otherwise it was a really good time had by all. We were a bit cold too, but we planned for that possibility and layered. We will be back and hope for a little better seating on Christmas Eve.

Seating near the kitchen was loud. Consider closing that off. No one wants to hear the orders being shouted throughout dinner.
