   Bad first impression! We made an 8pm reservation didn’t get sat until 9pm, the service was great, but the food wasn’t good, you can tell it was rushed! We didn’t receive bread for 45 minutes , after our salad was finished! Our food took an hour!

   I thought I would give this place another try after they reopened after a fire. Still bad. Maybe worse. Very mismanaged. Reservations at 7. We arrived early but still had to wait until 740 to get seated. Understaffed and super slow. Went to sit at the bar. It too 15-20 minutes to get a drink. $37 for 1 glass of wine and a small margarita. Dirty wine glass. Could never get a hold of the bartender again to replace. If it wasn't New Years Eve, we would have left. When we finally got seated, our nice waitress gave me a clean glass. Hopefully she didn't just pour it into the clean glass. I don't want to think about that. Food was average. Waitress was kind. I will never go there again. Please choose another restaurant. This place will go under on its own.

   Service was top notch from Billy. Their food is one step above Olive Garden anymore. Alfredo had more salt than it knew what to do with. They sauce spaghetti as if they are not allowed to show the noodles. Pasta overcooked. For what they charge for a simple Alfredo I would hope it was prepared nicely and the attempt to appear authentic to Italian food.

   Rae provided excellent service to our table on New Years eve! She was attentive and on an extremely busy night, ensured our table of 5 was taken care of! Thank you for a great dinner with my family, to celebrate the new year!

   We patiently waited to be seated. So we took a seat at the bar to have drinks while we wait unfortunately the two people on either side of me have not been serviced by the bartender yet. We waited 20 minutes before we had our order taken. We then realized that the people who came and sat at the bar 15 minutes after we did got their drinks and dinner before we did. Once we gave the bartender our order,. It took another 15 minutes to get our drink and the bartender forgot our order. When we were finally called to the table we sat there for a while without anyone recognizing to take our order. Until a young lady asked us have we been helped… We proceeded to tell her now and she said she’ll be right back to take her order. When she came back, she informed us that the kitchen didn’t have any bread as we were extremely hungry, waiting to be seated. Overall, the waitress was pretty good and she seems to get her food quickly after that. The wait was too long, and the food was subpar that will be our first and last visit to bravo.

   Went to Bravo in Livonia on Christmas. It was very busy and they were running about a half hour behind on reservations. Staff and customers seemed stressed so we knew it would be a busier than normal dining experience. We were sat a half hour after our reservation time and the server was very apologetic about the slow service. We understood and told her to take her time. Once she took our order though, everything was very smooth. Food was delicious and they got our orders correct. My son has food allergies and his order was accurate. The server did a great job and the hostesses helped out with refilling waters and bread. Overall a great experience for Christmas dinner. We would definitely go back to Bravo!!!

   So I made reservations for December 25 Christmas day and I still had to wait almost an hour before I was set down. The service was OK. I had to ask for certain things. Food was warm was not hot salad was very small for the price, the ambience was just not good. This is my second time and my probably my last I should have had not to wait if I made reservations it didn’t make sense. What was the point of making a reservation if I still had to wait on this a half an hour food was just not a good my experience for my second go round here was not good.

   The restaurant was overbooked due to the restaurant saying it was Open Table’s fault. We sat at the bar for over 30 minutes and we sat with dirty glasses and place mats from the party before us and were never offered water or menus. I realize it’s a busy night but management offered us nothing (like a chance to come back with a gift certificate for example) when we explained while we were leaving. They just blamed Open Table for double booking tables.
