   Sat promptly with our reservation. Staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone was pleased with our meal, thank you! We were sat at what I believe was table 91? It’s a booth by the server stand. The wait staff routinely set trays, water pitchers, drinks and more on the ledge directly behind my head which was unpleasant. If I would have lifted my hand to so much as scratch my head it seems like I could have accidentally knocked over a glass of water or worse. I don’t think the staff should be using the ledge like this when there is someone seated at this table. It spoiled what otherwise would have been an overall positive experience.

   Our group had coupons from signing up for Bravo's E-club, that were about to expire. We enjoy sitting in the bar for happy hour martini prices, then ordering full dinners. My husband and I split the lasagna and chicken parm. Yum!

   Our food came out and we hadn’t received our silverware. The person that brought our food out went to get us silverware, then came back and apologized they were out of silverware and she would have to go to the back and roll some new. By the time we received our silverware, our food was no longer hot. The table behind us were seated after us, and were seated with silverware. Another table behind us had a dessert in a giant martini glass that looked amazing that I inquired about because I didn’t see it on the menu. We were told that dessert didn’t start until Monday. It wasn’t available to order, but it was the manager or owners son, and that was why they were able to have it. This was our first visit and we will not be back.

   We were Sat within 5 minutes of our reservation time on a very busy night. Our server greeted us quickly....gave us sufficient time to look over the menu..,and food came out quickly.

    It was Valentine’s Day and we were celebrating our first together as a married couple. Our server was excellent. No issue there. However, despite making a reservation a week in advance, we were given what I would consider the least desirable seat in the house. Meanwhile, walk-in guests were seated before us. We were seated at 7:10, despite having a 7:00 reservation. We were positioned against the front window by a pillar, squeezed between a large round table and a two-seat table. The only means of entering or exiting our seat was for the other person to stand up, allowing us to push the table two feet back. The portions were smaller compared to other similarly priced Italian restaurants. This experience did not meet our expectations. We would have preferred dining at home, where we could easily exit our seats without having to reposition the table. We don’t plan on returning.
