    The food was horrible. It was very loud and our service was deplorable. The waiter told us five times he didn't want to work that night. We won't be back.

    We've eaten at Bravo before and it was very good. This time was disappointing. The Bellini, bread and tomato and and mozzarella were good. But, the Chicken Parmesan was not. We've had it before at lunch and dinner and this time it tasted different. The portion size was enough for two or three people. The huge pieces of chicken were on top of linguine in a bowl. It was hard to cut the chicken. The linguine was very oily and hardly had any tomato sauce. When we had it before the chicken was on a flat plate with the linguine on the side. The server should have told us this dish was enough to share. One of the people from corporate came over during the meal and we mentioned the size of the entree and sharing one entree instead. He basically said the restaurant is here to make money. We're here for several months for our winter hiatus . We've brought friends here for lunch and dinner. You are here to make sure people are satisfied with their meal, not to make money off them. We will not return. There are too many other good Italian restaurants in Naples on Fifth Avenue and North Naples. This was truly a very disappointing experience.
