   The food was about average, but the poor service by the bartender/waitress ruined our dining experience on Christmas day. She continuely complained loudly to coworkers about working on the holiday. We had go remind her to take our dinner order after receiving appetizers. She did not offer waters to anyone. We've seen her at the Galleria restaurant before as well, when she provided poor service, at best. I would suggest going to a different Bravos location.

   Food was terrible. Chicken was chewy, potatoes were cold, wine sauce was cold and lumpy. Will not visit this location again.

   Coupons are always a problem, pizza oven was down, service was slow, food was very good prices are reasonable

   The food was great, but sadly our waitress seemed to want to be anywhere other than work. Sherri or Sharon was her name? The other waitresses seemed irritated at her, too. I was having a nice lunch out with my Mom, who is in a wheelchair. We did have a nice time, but her attitude detracted a bit.

   Assuming nobody expects a “dining experience” at a chain restaurant attached to a mall, again and again you have to hand it to Bravo for coming pretty close to providing a great place to eat in a convenient location. From time to time we come in to eat at the bar and Bravo rarely disappoints in that capacity. Our bartender was friendly and efficient, our food was tasty. Being in the cozy confines of the small bar area brings the noise level way down and makes the meal feel less “big box store” and just more… restaurant. Summary: A great night out with good appetizer and entrees. A decent value and food was served at a nice pace, clearly hot and fresh right out of the kitchen. (Desserts here aren’t great. Would love to see REAL cake or maybe a warm, crunchy fruit crisp on the menu for the winter? We got some sort of chocolate “cake” that was more like a molded batter or something. Not good.)

   We had such a disastrous experience. It was my mom’s birthday. Upon ordering drinks, we were told that the “blender was broken” and no peach Bellinis could be made. Then, when attempting to order pizzas, they informed us that the pizza oven was not operational. My 9 year old son ordered chicken fingers off the kids menu as a secondary choice. I am not sure if I am able to share a photo on this app but when he bit into a chicken finger, it was TOTALLY RAW on the inside. As in, if you would have pulled it out of a package at a grocery store. It was so unsettling and disgusting.

    The pizza oven wasn't working and the blender was broken as well, so my guests couldn't get the food or drinks they originally wanted. My chicken marsala was very good. However, this was the most disappointing experienced I've had at this restaurant. Also, the online information indicated they were open until 11 PM; however, it turns out it is only open until 10 PM on Friday night. Since we got there at about 9:20 for a 9:30 reservation -- after attending a concert -- we didn't have much time to converse as we had planned to do.
