There were 5 things major things like all fish not available. They forgot to put lights on so I had to get up and do it myself... The waiter was nice but embarrassed.. No manager available to talk to. We were a big group for a special occasion very disappointing. Called the next day left a message to try and speak to someone, no call back no manager, ... Going down I would say.

The food was good and well-priced, as expected from their previous location. However, service as been better in the past - seemed like we were a bit forgotten and our original server disappeared before our meal was finished without letting us know.

Food was average, and the service (if there was one) was scarce. Our waiter disappeared halfway through our meal without telling us they were leaving. They brought our appetizer and then several minutes later brought over our main meal. It was like they were just pumping everything out. It took 30 minutes (once we were through our meal) for someone to appear and casually walked over to us to see if we were done with our meal. Then another 15 minutes to ask if we wanted anything else, which we asked for another drink. The check took another 10 minutes to arrive. It was just lacking good service all around.

BREAD was a good experience. I went with a few girlfriends on a Friday night and all of the staff was super friendly. We were greeted at the door where we asked if we could sit at the bar and wait for a few others. The guy at the door was very nice and so was the bartender and waiter. Not sure what all of the complaints are about regarding rude staff but whoever they are.... certainly were not there on Friday evening. The space is quaint and inviting. We had the calamari to start and it was pretty good! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and chipotle for dinner and It was ok... maybe a bit too spicy for my taste but my fault for ordering chipotle. That one's on me! Everyone else i was with enjoyed their meals. Overall, we spent about 2 hours here and had a great experience. Go and experience it for yourself !

I came here once before for a brunch gathering with friends a while back. I was impressed by their delicious food, and cocktails, so I decided to come back here with a friend visiting from out of town. We sat at a corner table in the main dining area. We started off with some yummy cocktails, and shared some arancini, truffle fries, salmon tartar, and to be healthy- a baby kale salad. While taking a selfie with our delicious food and drinks, we accidentally knocked our fries off the table. We were so embarrassed, but staff was so sweet, and brought us another one right away. For our mains we had the pork chop, and the branzino. Both dishes were just as delicious as our apps. For dessert we we ordered the tiramisu, and the chocolate molten cake. I don't know how we finished it all, but it was too good not to. We will be coming back again for sure!
