We went here for New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t a surprise that it was very busy. Our first impression was our hostess that was completely thrown off that we had a baby and proceeded to take another 10 minutes trying to find a different seating arrangement. She wanted to move us outside, with a baby, because we didn’t put on our reservation we had a baby. After a quick conversation we were able to resolve that we could sit in it original seating arrangement without issue with our baby. All that happened and then we were finally seated and we waited another 15 minutes arc least before anyone spoke to us to get drinks or anything. It ended being literally an hour before we received our appetizers. Those were the negatives of our experience. The food was delicious and at the end of the meal our waiter comped our drinks as an apology for our wait. This place has delicious food that is great quality and a fun atmosphere and we want to come back, just probably on a much less busy night.

It was a nice experience. We sat in the indoor patio. The food was good and our server D’Angelo was a great guy!

Great night, service was good. Food was a little cold and dry, most likely under the warmer for a while, but overall good.

Food was so-so, it took way too long to be seated with a reservation. Our server did the best she could but they were severely understaffed. Overall our meal took over two hours, a little crazy. We will not eat there again anytime soon, too many other places to try.

Overall a great experience. Glad I made a reservation because it was the first Sunday after Christmas, which was very busy, and I felt like the team was understaffed. They covered well but definitely would have benefited from extra hands and feet because the food was slow to come to the table and the servers were moving so fast & furious that they were working hard to keep track of all the tables. I still would come back! The food, TVs, and company (4 of us) helped a lot.

Short on wait staff. We have to wait for our ever many times, but loved her. Missed out on happy hour prices since she wasn’t available

When they eventually answer the phone, it’s pleasant…..however, no followthrough on requests made and agreed to, service is very slow albeit friendly, and the glass wear is absolutely filthy….. I won’t be returning there again…..
