    Das Ambiente könnte ein wenig festlicher sein! Ansonsten war alles okay, auch das Personal hilfreich und freundlich!

    Although the menu is limited, the food we were served was excellent. Whilst not cheap, this restaurant is conveniently located in the centre of Hamburg. The service was attentive and this establishment does not deserve the negative reviews on Google.

    We were staying at the hotel and very tired. We decided to try the hotel restaurant. The friendly service by May was a great introduction to our first trip to Germany. The food was very tasty and had a few different ingredients than we are used to eating. What we initially assumed to be sweet potato based on the color was actually pumpkin. The seasoning and presentation was great. I had a fish dinner with slices of fish, salmon, sea bass and cod. They were all good but cod was slightly dry. Overall no complaints and recommended. On a separate note, we got complimentary breakfast with our room. They have one of the best hotel breakfast buffets we have ever experienced. Very large selection.

    We went early in the evening which meant it was empty with no atmosphere so hard to comment. But it was all style and no substance, food looked good but taste was nothing to write home about. We left the place still hungry and having paid €8.50 for tap water! Wouldn't recommend.

    Der Menüpreis von 79€ war für ein Silvestermenü irgendwo gerechtfertigt, aber die drei Gänge dürften bisschen sättigender sein. Das Servicepersonal war zu tollpatschig, zwar amüsant aber nicht dem Stil gerecht werdend. Das Essen war ansonsten sehr schmackhaft - Lob an die Küche. In der Rervierung über opentable hatte es den Anschein, dass nur noch wenige Plätze vorhanden sein - das Restaurant war aber keineswegs am Silvesterabend vollständig aufgefüllt, eher eine Taktik gewesen.

    Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Weihnachtsessen am Heiligabend im Bricks Restaurant. Alle Tische waren belegt aber es war dennoch eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam zügig und war hervorragend. Man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Gehobene Küche in toller Atmosphäre zu einem bezahlbaren Preis.
