Bridge Street Bistro is a 2nd and 3rd floor space above the Island Time Bar & Grill at the corner of Bridge Street and Gulf Drive. We feature stunning views of the Gulf from our beautiful bay windows and outdoor deck on our 3rd floor. Our ambiance is inspired by the dinner houses of the "Rat Pack" era and you will find music to match on the speakers from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Enjoy the delicious fresh seafood and hand cut steaks from Chef David Thompson's team in our Kitchen. We have an extensive wine list and craft cocktails to pare with the experience. Jennifer Mallard's service team will ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
Elevator service is available and there is parking in the resort designated for our guests, please see a parking attendant.

    I think they need just a little more time to get on their feet. I chose to go on a very busy night, New Year's Eve, so I was expecting service to be slow. It was slow, but in a way that seemed reasonable for the volume of people the restaurant staff was serving. After ordering, we waited an hour for our mostly delicious food. Unfortunately, when it arrived, my medium well steak was actually rare-- like barely warm rare. There was no roving manager so I had to track down my clearly running her feet off waitress and ask her if she could come get my steak and take it back to be cooked. She did; 30 minutes later she came back with the meat, but it really wasn't much better. I sort of ate around the edges and, after ordering and waiting for a dessert for my son that was on the menu but wasn't actually available, paid our bill and left.  I canceled I was working very hard to try to make things happen for us. I just think could use some managerial support. Maybe someone to check why the steak I had sent back once couldn't be eaten even after it was cooked a second time. I will absolutely come back to this, our favorite island restaurant, but we may give them a little more time to get their feet on the ground.

    The elevator was not working. There were two handicapped people in our party. They were troupers and struggled up to the third floor. It would be helpful if you updated the app to reflect the situation until the elevator is repaired.

    Thank you for your feedback. When making your reservation, there is a note that pops up telling you about the 15 minute grace period. Under that, in the section "A note from the restaurant" in all caps is a note that tells you there is no elevator at this time.

    A beautiful setting looking out over the gulf. Fine food good wine and the chocolate torte is a perfect ending to a great meal

    Our experience was not under normal circumstances because it was Christmas Day and terribly busy. Because it was so busy and short staffed, service was a bit slow. However, we were not in a hurry and the food was excellent.

    Excellent dinner at Bridge Street Bistro last night. Our server/bartender was awesome. Blackberry martini was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Seafood Cobb salad was loaded with crab. Everyone loved their dinners. I was shocked that all of Bridge Street was fairly quiet the Saturday before Christmas. Hopefully people will come and support AMI!

    Food quality was awful, very disappointing. Drinks were meh. Service was good but the restaurant was empty and our drinks and food took forever. Calamari appetizer had more jalepenos then calamari and had no taste. Great location but not worth the money!

    The grouper was awful for both of us! Worst if I’ve ever had. So tough and gamey. Salad was marginal. Dessert tasted like it was frozen. We will never go back.
