   Food is just fair Somethings too salty like the fries and waygu burger some things under seasoned like the Mac and cheese and you need more cheese for the type of noodle they use. the tuna tartar and scallop Caesar salad were really good and cooked well Just better consistency is needed. Wine is always good Staff were great and it is beautiful inside. I would try it again one more time

   Really enjoyed the atmosphere, not quiet, good music, but thats what I like. Food was decent. The local sourdough and shrimp small plates were VERY good. Wasn’t even half done with them when our entrees were served though. Scallops seared only on one side which I found odd. Other than the timing of entrees, service was great. Will probably be back when sitting outside is in season again.

   Food and drinks were presented perfectly and wonderfully prepared. Can get a little loud for what elevated dining is and reflected in tbe pricing. Will return because there is a great selection and would love to try other items, but mid week when less busy.

   An excellent meal, served excellently by Chloe. I personally prefer a more cozy atmosphere but Bridgewater is a great dining experience.

   We have been to Bridgewater on a few occasions and we must admit that we are not that impressed. The location is wonderful and the space is very well thought out and elegant. The service was as expected and met our expectations, however, the food is less than the quality we look for in returning to Milwaukee restaurants. One of our orders was for the T-bone steak which I think was a special menu item. Well, when I think of a T-bone steak, I think of a piece of meat that would be 1/2 inch thick cooked rare to medium rare with a good size bone in it. The piece of meat that was served was about 1/4 inch thick if that. The crazy thing was it was missing part of the bone. The T part was there, but the bone in the piece of meat was missing? It was almost as if the T-bone was sliced in half from top to bottom. For the cost of the item, we expected a much better choice of meat. Additionally, the meat had quite of bit of fat throughout it and was not tender and juicy as a T-bone should be. We probably should have sent the dinner back, but we rarely want to cause a problem and seem difficult. Our mistake. We may be back but to go to the bar for drinks only because being along the water is very enjoyable.
