We booked a reservation several weeks in advance for 8:15. Our family arrived 15 minutes early for this reservation and we were told they were running about 30 minutes behind. After 30 minutes went by, we checked in with the hostess who said we should be seated shortly there after. Around 9pm we were finally seated at our table. We were greeted by the waitress who told us the kitchen was behind by at least an hour. The hostess never mentioned this once to us after checking on the time twice. We ended up canceling our drinks/dinner because we would not have been able to eat until past 10 at night. If communication was clear from the beginning about how far behind the kitchen was, we would not have wasted over an hour of our vacation at this restaurant.

Service was slow—waiters were given too many tables to tend and the kitchen was backed up. Order came out an hour later and were wrong, but those items were removed from the tab, thankfully. Most items overcooked.

The young lady that waited on us was absolutely wonderful and very attentive and very, very nice. The food was absolutely excellent and she even talked to us about the food and how they try it anyway it was a wonderful wonderful experience. We will be back.

Brio is an excellent restaurant. Food is succulent and served in generous portions. Our server, Dave, was attentive and perfectly timed. We look forward to dining here every time we are in Cherokee!

Great place to eat. The food is always great, but on the weekends, you should make your reservation through the open table app because it may be crowded.

One of the very best dining experiences offered in Western North Carolina in the casino environment, but you really feel like you’re in an Italian dining Café and total attention is given to you very individualized exceptionally good food and great wines. I’ve been going to the brio now for some 15 years. I love it.
