   Had a 7pm reservation that we were seated for rather quickly, waiter took our drink order then within 10 minutes took our food order. While we waited two parties were seated beside us. Both had same waiter. Both parties had their entrees and were finished eating before I asked the waiter (who was nowhere to be found) what was wrong with our order. He came back and stated that the ticket was lost and now after 40 minutes my ticket was entered. Food finally came out and it was cold, the waiter said he was sorry but never offered to discount the meal or anything. He comes over and hands me the $85 check and leaves. I almost did not pay the bill as I was so upset. There was no acknowledgment of the error and nothing done to make it right. So I paid my bill but had to be the person to leave my server no tip. I understand accidents happen and really wasn’t looking for anything other then “hey I tried to make this right but the manager said no” that would have meant a lot rather than absolutely nothing to be done. Totally unacceptable.

   We were reserved for 6:45 and quickly seated. It took 40 minutes to even get water for our table of TWO! Asked for a manager several times, not one available. 2 hours later received our food. Only sat there to use a gift card. Poorly managed. Food was great but service and management needs help for sure! No comps, no nothing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed! What a New years dinner to remember.

   We have eaten at this restaurant several times with no problem. Last night I ordered a ribeye steak and they gave me a steak that looked like a piece of shoe leather meat that was cooked well done, when I asked for med. Rare.They made it good and made another steak but I was totally disappointed with the first order. The waitress was fine. She did her best to resolve the problem.

   We ordered a wedge salad and it was great. We also ordered the pork chops and they were very dry and a bit over cooked. We had the pork chops before and they were moist and delicious. From the appearance of the mashed potatoes, the plate had been under a heat lamp for a period of time. The pork chops were removed from our bill. Our server was excellent, not her fault. Would go again, but will order something different.

   The wedge salad is exceptional! I also enjoyed the Salmon plate! Serving/ portions would be better at a third more.

    A pretty good dinner, with a nice atmosphere. Lacking on the customer service side, out of beer(who would have thought, being at a casino). Didn't have the main course served at the same time, and the last item was served right before the rest of the group finished with theirs, and then charged us for that last item. Pretty bad in my eyes.
