   We were reserved for 6:45 and quickly seated. It took 40 minutes to even get water for our table of TWO! Asked for a manager several times, not one available. 2 hours later received our food. Only sat there to use a gift card. Poorly managed. Food was great but service and management needs help for sure! No comps, no nothing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed! What a New years dinner to remember.

   We have eaten at this restaurant several times with no problem. Last night I ordered a ribeye steak and they gave me a steak that looked like a piece of shoe leather meat that was cooked well done, when I asked for med. Rare.They made it good and made another steak but I was totally disappointed with the first order. The waitress was fine. She did her best to resolve the problem.

   We ordered a wedge salad and it was great. We also ordered the pork chops and they were very dry and a bit over cooked. We had the pork chops before and they were moist and delicious. From the appearance of the mashed potatoes, the plate had been under a heat lamp for a period of time. The pork chops were removed from our bill. Our server was excellent, not her fault. Would go again, but will order something different.

   A pretty good dinner, with a nice atmosphere. Lacking on the customer service side, out of beer(who would have thought, being at a casino). Didn't have the main course served at the same time, and the last item was served right before the rest of the group finished with theirs, and then charged us for that last item. Pretty bad in my eyes.

   Food and service was very good. We ordered the salmon which was delicious with vegetables but it was a tad overcooked. Ambiance was pleasing. We arrived a little early for our reservation. We were told we would receive a text once our table was ready in a couple of minutes. After 17 minutes of waiting, we inquired about our reservation. Apparently they had forgotten about us. They then seated us immediately at that point. Being forgotten was our only disappointment.

   From the hostess to the waiter everyone was very professional. Nicely decorated restaurant and everything was very clean. The staff was well dressed. The food was delicious and tasty to the palate. All in all a great experience.

    We made a reservation for 9 pm and did not get seated until 10 pm after we went up to the hostess desk since we had received no text yet about being seated. Then we sat and there were 3 tables around us filled with people with no food. We asked the table next to us how long they had been waiting for food and they said it had been an hour and a half since they sat down. What is the point of having a reservation if you’re not going to get sat and then wait another hour or longer to get any kind of food. We decided to walk out before we even ordered drinks. I have never had a terrible experience like this at a restaurant. Not worth it.
