   I and my guests arrived before dinner tim. Promptly seated and waited on by Isiah. He was thjoughtful, advised dish substitutes where able- most mannerable.

   Are waitress Heather was one of the best in the Industry. I will always ask for her again. Our dinners were excellent!

   Food was excellent. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, but it seemed to take a long time to get orders taken and food served. The staff was definitely stretched thin. For example, our server was the bartender and had to cover the entire bar area, as well as most of the section adjacent to it. he was very good and very cordial, and we truly appreciate the attention he did give us.

   Our server did the best he could with what he was given but we arrived at 6:00pm and the restaurant was very empty. At 7:40pm not everyone had their food still. 1 meal was overlooked and 2 meals were sent back twice which we hated doing but both meals at Medium Rare were Well Done/Charred. Even the server didn’t expect us to keep the first go around. They came back well done the 2nd time too and weren’t even fully plated. When we shared that with the server, he realized that too but the chef disagreed. Finally we received one of the sides but not even for both plates. Although the meals were comped, it was a special occasion and people in from out of state as well as 45 minutes away in our party so it was quite disappointing. The manager did not make an appearance at our table and this was also quite shocking for what should have been a $425 table. This will be the reason we’ll choose a different restaurant in Legacy next time we visit- that manager should have definitely stopped by our table.

   I really loved my chicken Milanese but my husband did not like his pasta dish. I love the ambience;however, I think adding nice music would really make the place more lively. I think fun Italian inspired music could really make the dining experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, there is a cheesecake factory next door which is tough competition. I’d consider heavy advertising to get people in the door.

   Our waitress, Megan, was great. It was homecoming and they were slammed, but Megan kept her cool and was patient and helpful. We got our food in a timely manner.

   I wish I could remember my servers name. She had a big party of prom goers right next to our booth and she never missed a beat with us. She was able to manage both and keep everybody happy and she also was able to maintain a very friendly demeanor.

    Good and service was great. Restaurant was not too busy, so noise level was very pleasant.
