   Table of 9. We were seated immediately even though our entire group was slow at arriving. The waitress was attentive offering drinks while we waited for or entire party to arrive. The problems started when other than our waitress brought out our entrées. And proceeded to shout across the table what she was holding so that we could identify who it belong to. I personally as a diner, expect that my server remembers what dish goes to which guest at the table. We did not get a follow up after our food was served for quite some time. We had two missing ordered items when we brought this to our waitresses attention. She said oh I’ll just take that off your bill. Which that’s nice but no apology or if she had followed up after the food was served we might’ve been satisfied with what we had ordered. My dish was actually an appetizer and it was cold and it was a fried dish. A fried dish should not be served cold. So overall, not such a great experience.

   I had a reservation for 7:00 PM. There was no one manning the front desk for large stretches of time. Patrons were backed up with no one to check them in. I flagged down someone to check in right at 7:00 and they said it would be just a couple of minutes. At 7:20 I flagged down the same woman and she said she cancelled us. The absolute worst service I have received in a long time. Will NEVER eat here again and will tell as many people as will listen to me. I took my party and left. Braza Grill just down the street got us right in with a smile.

   I have a built-in bias against chain restaurants. I was prepared for a mediocre experience, but was proven wrong. We started with a Brio Old Fashioned and DaVinci Cosmo cocktail. Both were excellent. For dinner we had lobster bisque (we both agreed, the best we've ever had) gorgonzola lambchops (brought out still sizzling by the grill master and again, done perfectly) and Chicken a la Limone (we shared this as the portions were large and every bite was sublime.) Even the sourdough bread placed on the table was perfect. Bottom line, every single bite or sip was perfection. I stand corrected on my chain restaurant bias and will definitely try Brio again.

   Once again, fantastic food and service!! David our waiter is so attentive and paces the meal perfectly! Cannot recommend Brio and David enough!!! We love this restaurant!

   I made reservations on Thanksgiving Day specifically due to advertising "enjoy our traditional thanksgiving dinner or your Brio Italian favorites from our regular menu". Due to circumstances this year, we were celebrating a traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday and wanted something different on this night. We were looking forward to an Italian meal and seafood, and the usual meals that I have experienced previously at Brio. However, when we were seated, we were not provided the regular menu and were told that only the "thanksgiving dinner" for $39 would be available unless there were food allergies. I asked to speak with the manager to express my disappointment and find out why one thing was advertised but not provided, but they never showed up to talk to me. As we were already here and had no food at home or other plans we could make on Thanksgiving Day, we stayed and were served the "traditional meal". This was nothing exceptional and tasted like a mass-produced buffet selection of turkey, potatoes, green beans, cranberry and stuffing. Was not the experience I or my family had hoped for. Management appears to have made a bait and switch on me, forcing me to overpay for a mediocre meal that I did not want on this Thanksgiving. Truly disappointed to not receive the wonderful menu that I usually get when I dine at Brio and the experience my family and I were desiring on this thanksgiving. The only bright spot was the server who was clearly overworked and placed in a difficult position of serving disappointed guests. She was working very hard, and I did appreciate this. This entire experience has me rethinking future visits as I don't know if I can trust the quality or the advertising of the brand. And I think management owes my family an apology for the disappointing experience we had.

   The staff did a fantastic job for a busy thanksgiving dinner. The manager does a great job of accommodating everyone. Highly recommended.

   We went on Thanksgiving for lunch and we didn’t expect to have a Thanksgiving meal. They happily gave us the regular menu to order from. We all truly appreciated it!

    First Time to Brio Italian Grille for Lunch. Great Choice! Amazing Food and Service! We had the Lunch Combo Mezza Pasta Brio Chicken with Mushroom Soup and the Chicken Limone...WOW! Both Dishes Were So Good! Dessert was Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding.....HEAVEN! Who Ever Thought of Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding? Genius! We Will Be Back!
