   The food at Brios is always good. The seating arrangements and the waiting are a bit of a turn off and they don’t seem to have enough staff for such a busy restaurant. However overall it’s worth setting the downsides aside as it’s always excellent food and location.

   We both had chicken limone. It was delicious and portion was generous. The chopped salad was excellent as well.

   My meal was delicious and the service was excellent We were seated promptly and given just the right of time to decide and dine. We never felt rushed or abandoned. All in all it was a pleasant surprise given how crazy restaurants in Naples are this time of year.

   Service was slow. One waitress for all the inside seating for lunch. Food was okay, nothing to rave about. They were out of some key items including vanilla ice cream for their only chocolate cake dessert. Probably won’t go back.

   We had a scotch on the rocks (small pour), margarita, Caesar salad (no dark anchovies available) flatbread and crème brule. The dessert was the best. Everything else was average. Excellent server!

   Disappointed that we wanted to eat outside but no tables yet a few minutes later, they opened a complete patio with many tables! We would have glazed waited but said they were 6 people ahead of us so obviously a reservation didn’t matter! Service was ok, food average at best, small portions for price paid- not planning on returning anytime soon with many other options in Naples!

   The worst flatbread pizza, it was almost paper thin, the pepperoni flavor was hidden by a lot of parmesan cheese. My wife specifically asked for no mushrooms and no asparagus and they with the plate anyway. The waiter tried to explain that the mushrooms were part of the sauce. The beer and the wine were not cold, the waiter said the refrigerator could not do any better. Poor excuses.

   Service wasn't the best. Had to ask for drink refills every single time. Order was wrong with no apology. Food was so so.

    Brio used to be in our regular rotation but it had been declining in the last couple of seasons. We thought we would give it a shot because we could get a reservation in only 5 days for a Friday night before a nearby concert. Ominous beginning: hostess seemed put out that we arrived on time for our reservation, my table service was wrapped in a brown-stained white napkin (yuk). Service was so uneven: after an unusually long wait our drink order was taken, water arrived immediately, another person tried to give us water & was surprised we had it, another wait & one basket of 3 small bread pieces delivered for 4 people but a passing server heard my comment & pleasantly gave us another along with large slabs of butter but no oil. Still no drinks, found the server who went into a LONG explanation/rant about bar service & why we had no drinks. Cocktail eventually appeared with salad (another yuk). Table totally full of baskets, plates, etc by now. They tried to serve our entrees when I had eaten one bite of salad. Rejected this. Ordered glass of wine. After salads finished, entrees that had been kept nicely warm reappeared & table cleared of some clutter. Entrees were OK but not memorable. Wine came with check. Brio permanently deleted from our list in Naples.
