   Overall we enjoyed our visit. We were recently there for happy hour which was very good. Tonight we had 2 entrees not happy hour. The chicken Milanese was very good different from the usual that has salad mix over it. This one has cheese on it over pasta with light sauce on the pasta. Will be back.

   We had a reservation for 9pm and when we got there we were told to wait a few minutes in which after 10-15 mins we opted to sit at a table next to the bar to the bar and were notified that our table was ready for over 30 mins. The waiter seemed new. I ordered a drink from the bar which was horrible but tried to doctor it up with simple syrup instead of sending it back and had to ask for simple syrup several times. It took over 30 mins to get our food and by the time it came I wasn’t hungry anymore. The overall experience was horrible. I couldn’t say it was this way because it was V-day because the restaurant was actually clearing out so it wasn’t overly crowded and busy.

   Had a great dinner and great service on a very busy Valentine’s Day . The food was fantastic I will definitely go back . I would let friends know what a truly enjoyable dining experience

   I had a reservation for 7:30pm and got sat down at 8:15pm on Valentines Day. This is completely unacceptable and ruined the night. I understand its Valentines Day but 45 minutes after my reservation time is not okay. The hostess was so rude and slammed the menus on our table with an attitude. The food was perfect and the waiter was spectacular. The wait and the hostess attitude, was not okay.

   Confirmed reservations for 8 and Brio had no table ready. Service terrible. $50 filet was not a filet cut of beef and came out 10 minutes after other meals, 2 other dishes were no served and need to be reordered. Terrible value in food quality and service for prices charged.

    This is the second time we have eaten at Brio and the service was slow. We arrived at 5:30 and it was not that busy. It took more than 45 min to get 2 lasagna and one rigatoni. My friend had to ask several times when she would get her cocktail. When the manager came around checking on tables we informed her of the situation and then we were quickly served our food and my friend’s cocktail. Not sure if we will go back.
