    The experience was below average from a previous visit. Our server apologized before we ordered after reeling off a number of entrees on the menu they’d run out of. The restaurant was even out of bread! When we sat down it was just 6pm. Apparently the day before, which was the day after Christmas, the restaurant was slammed by diners. The restaurant is located at the area’s largest shopping mall. Still, you’d think management would have planned a lot better. Our finished salad plates remained on the table after the entrees arrived, so there was a lack of table busing. Also noticed the restaurant wasn’t as clean as our previous visit. The entrees were tasty, and so we’ll probably return during a less busy time. Certainly not during the Christmas season.

    Unfortunatly they were out of Lasagna, Bolognese, and several pastas. An Italian Restaurant out of the basics; not so good. Service was ok, very light on staff. The Bruschetta Sampler and Wedge Salad was amazing should have stopped there as it was a meal itself. Not so great Margherita Flat Bread. Just somewhat disappointing visit and overall meal.

    Lobster bisque, chopped salad, and shrimp risotto were all very good. Gustavo, our waiter, was friendly and attentive. Overall excellent experience.

    My daughter’s purse was left at the table and we did not discover it until we got home. When we called the restaurant they were zero help. Very disappointed in the follow up from the restaurant. Her credit cards were used fraudulently and I would have liked to been able to speak to a manager. The purse and contents were over $1000 and we have filed a police report. In an establishment like Brio where I have dines multiple times I expected better.

    I understand it's Christmas, but the plate guy had no manners. Ben, our waiter was friendly and fairly attentive. The food was tasty and portions were large. Overall dinner was fine, but I spent $190 for three people. That was quite a bit for an "Okay" meal.

    We sat outside for Christmas Eve lunch. All 5 of us loved our entrees and flavored lemonades. The spinach and artichoke dip was also great.

    The food used to be better, nonetheless, it’s still good no complaints. One of the plates my party ordered was a carbonara and it had peas and sausage?? It was good but it shouldn’t be named Carbona.

    I've never been disappointed with my experiences at Brio. I was there two weeks ago for my office luncheon, and 17 meals came out perfectly. Was there again last night for my husband's 65th birthday dinner and all eight of our meals came out perfect and exactly as ordered. It's a favorite go-to place!

    We enjoyed dining at Brio. Fanny, our server, was excellent. The chicken Marsala was enjoyed by my wife and I liked the Scallop & Shrimp Risotto. Although the restaurant was busy, it wasn't too noisy. The wine selection was very good as well.
